This is our second large Job with Hardy's, Mr. Sacramento and his crews are awesome, this time we…read morehad the entire downstairs tile replaced with hard wood flooring, also had the entire downstairs and upstairs ceiling repainted, staircase work with larger more modern posts and painted risers on the steps, just changed the entire house, a new chandelier was replaced, Canned LED lighting, all bulbs replaced to Daylight quality, a new toilet replaced, Fireplace mantle painted, new trim on all cabinets and painted all the cabinets downstairs, the Quality is flawless, again this is our second large job and we didn't get quotes from others as the quality to us, was everything and with Hardy's, that isn't in question, project took 9 days and the crews worked long hard days to keep this from being a 3 week project. We have a couple more projects to be done in time, we only have 1 call to make and that will with Hardy's!

He spent time to properly tape off areas, covered flooring and loved all furniture and covered with plastic.. his crew kept the entire home clean and everyone was responsive and courteous. He sanded and also consulted on the type of paint for each surface. I called for changes and he responded promptly.. the entire process was seamless! I've hired him twice now, once in a 5,500 square ft home and this high end condo of over 2,000 sq ft. Both customers were extremely happy with the process, cleanliness and end result!

Cabinet doors were not completely painted. Paint was dumped and washed on my driveway and still there with a white spot on my driveway. Several door hinges got paint in them. It was so bad David gave me a refund on the job. Poor quality work. I had to finish the job and cover up his mistakes. I can not recommend him or his team.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! CONTINUED NO SHOWS. YOU WILL NEED TO ACCOMMODATE THIER CREW AND THEIR LACK OF…read moreSHOWING UP ON TIME IF AT ALL. THEY WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOU OR YOUR SCHEDULE. BE READY TO BLOW THE DAY WAITING ON A CREW TO SHOW UP! This was a second chance with Southern Painting after a very poor, sloppy job painting french doors. ( See photos below) I tried my best to give this company business and have recommended to so many in my city. Based on my experience I will be sharing this review with them as well. Alan with Southern Painting came out looked over the job, bid it, booked it. Crew arrived with no idea what they were to do. I had to call Alan and Miquel to ask that someone come out to the job site and help supervise the job. The outside wood was left unsanded, just painted over the rough spots. I was told by the painter that it would smooth out after it dried. ( NOT!) Then they left without finishing the job (a closet) Again... crew had no idea why they were there. Then Miquel called me not to apologize, but had the nerve to ask that I give the workers a check! They had not even completed the job. So after reminding Miquel, why they were here, we confirmed a another date to come back and complete the job. (closet) The day of the new rescheduled time, I reached out to confirm ETA...Less than an hour before the confirmed time of arrival (After emptying the entire master closet for the second time now!!!) I receive a text that they will not make the scheduled confirmed time again, but maybe at noon. I agreed, and moved my work schedule all around to accommodate Southern Painting.(again!) Less than an hour before the next scheduled time, ( noon) Miquel had the nerve to ask me to wait until after 2:00pm! (This is after I have moved calls and appointments with work to once again accommodate Sothern Painting.) I explained I cannot due to work, as I had already moved the entire morning around the 9:00am confirmed time that Southern Painting canceled with little less than an hour notice...And was asked to re-accomodate them at noon, and now Southern Painting is calling to cancel again. Miquel assured me noon would be the time! Noon came and went! I called at 12:30, (Miquel or Alan did not bother to even call me) to ask Miquel where are they, ..Miquel avoided picking up. I call, Alan, he picked with no clue as to where his crew was. He said I guess they are with a customer. He then ask me what do I need from him. (I said my crew?????) They have no respect for the customers time. They are discourteous. They are not the best in town, but I have tried to give them business, even after poor sloppy work. (see photos of their workmanship painting) They have continually failed to do the job completely, They fail to show up at all, at times, But.... they will always have their hand out to collect the check!!!! ( even if the job is not completed, or done well)
