However, the agent informed me that in order to activate the card and change the PIN number, I would need to call the number stated on the information paper she provided. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go through this process instead of doing it at the bank, but I accepted it. I rarely use my debit card since I prefer using my credit cards for points and rewards. A few days later, I decided to call the number she had given me, but to my surprise, it did not work. The number appeared to be disconnected. When I attempted to contact their customer service, unfortunately, I received a recorded message that says it was outside of their operating hours, and I was unable to receive any further assistance. I don't have a lot of confidence in a bank that can't even get their phone numbers in order. Due to this frustrating experience, I'm inclined to leave a one-star rating.

Nothing they asked for was unreasonable. I got the necessary paperwork together and drove to this location. I was greeted, signed in and asked to have a seat and wait. There were 3 people ahead of me. They gave me a few documents to sign and was told they would call to get an approval for me. Within 10 minutes I got approved. The whole process took about 30 minutes and I walked out the door with a check for an amount that was just $700 under Blue Book value of my car. My payment plan is great and they offer many ways to pay. After this loan is paid back, should I need another one, this is the place I'll go. Thank you Presto for being there when I needed you.

Once we bought the car checked it out more thoroughly and noticed that the air filter had bee put in wrong, lug nuts were totally stripped, truck release button didn't work. When I called the maintenance office no one answered and no one returned my call.
