Getting a one star not because of the service but rather the customer service, I had my car recently detailed my car and after they were done doing an inspection they left the passenger window completely open on a windy day. The car had been sitting out for more than 2 hours and dust and debris had accumulated into everything not to mention someone could have easily took my things. It's the small details and if you're very particular about those things when it comes to your car then I wouldn't recommend. Plus Dale the guy upfront wasn't very accommodating either when I asked why they left the window open, he proceeded to not give me a clear answer and when I pressed more about the issue he got upset and told me that "I have more things to worry about then my car window." Just bought a beater and wanted a tune up and oil change. Called. Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and told the guy up front. He said a day to do it. Appointment arrives and I tell the woman I need an oil change and tuneup. 9:30am rolls around when they finish their inspection and she asks to have it overnight. 8:30 the next morning and all they've done is the oil change and now there's a light on. 1200$ for a tuneup and oil change and they can't see if it's a problem easily fixed while doing a tuneup. Instead they were upset that I was upset to hear a light had come on after they asked to have it overnight and they would need it another day, possibly more when they should've had it done in one day. Drove home and didn't see this light that they needed my car longer for. read more

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a cooling system leak and they replaced the radiator, charged us for parts, labor and coolant. We still had a leak somewhere and continued to lose coolant, we took it in again and they said they didn't find any problem, probably just a bubble of air in the line. Still was losing coolant and car got hot several times and put in more than a gallon of coolant to continue down the road. Took it in a third time and then they found the real problem, they had to replace the oil cooler assembly. Three times it was in, paid for coolant twice and probably more labor when it should have all been done the first time. Been here before for other reasons and was happy with their service, this time not so much. This should not have happened or we should have had the labor free on our last visit. read more

How do I start?! Well Kelly's is less than 5min away and with tons of recommendations from neighbors and great reviews on Yelp I decided to give them a call. I was told that they do oil changes every hour on the hour. Was given a price range for my '16 Tahoe of $40-$70 (it take synthetic oil). I arrived on schedule and asked a few questions and off my car went. We waited in the AC waiting room which had a tv, chairs, magazines and even a soda fountain. We were comfortable and waited not more than an hour. Front desk girl (sorry should've gotten her name) came to let us know that our car was done and she was ready to ring me up. My total with a tire rotation cost me $76, almost half the cost at another location. Staff was friendly and prices were great! I will gladly return with my husbands car soon and will recommend them in the future! read more

They wanted to change us 1,100 to replace a fuel pump on a 98 Ford Ranger. We have had both vehicles in there before and yes it has been a few years, but you should still have our information. The only good thing I can say if they did take responsible for melting the wires near the fuel pump. We will never go back again! read more

Kelly Automotive worked hard to resolve my problem and never charted me a dime over the estimate, even though it required several tries to get a working unit. This is a clean shop with great customer service -- not sure about mechanical skills. Jeff was my point guy at Kelly and his customer service skills are impeccable. I came in with $350 repair to fix a "thump" and walked out with a $1,300 bill. I was ok with the bill since it included extra services, especially two engine mount replacements but I was ok paying it to get rid of the thump. Unfortunately when I drove my car the thump had returned. Jeff showed great customer service skills and took care of the problem when I drove back to the shop the next day and they replaced a coil. It has been over two weeks since my visit and the thump has came back. I would have given five stars for the impeccable service but since my problems have returned so quickly I can't give the full five stars. I would definitely use their services again but probably​ only maintenance repairs, not special issues. read more
