Dealerships are useless outside of actually seeing and driving a new model car. The salesmen know nothing about the vehicles that they are pushing on you and they are waiting to pick at your bones after the floor manager is done with you. So after doing my due diligence, I gave Ara a call with a short-ish list of 6 vehicles. Phone call number two was basically a pitiful back and forth about how the Kings (GKG) and the Ducks (how do the ducks have fans?) were shameful in their playoff "appearances" of 2018. I'm not sure if there was any actual useful car talk in this conversation. I may have asked about the going lease rates for the Mercedes GTS. For a friend of course. I called Ara a third time to mess with all of his work and change the color of the car I was looking for (the car is for my wife). You know you're going to have a good time buying a new car when the guy you're getting it from loves cars himself. It took 3 phone calls (all of which were after hours for him due to my work schedule) and Ara delivered the vehicle to my house and handed me the keys. I'm still not sure he did everything correctly because I don't remember it ever being this EASY! So, my lease was coming up for my Infiniti Q50 Hybrid and I'd just gotten back from a dealer with a quote for an Infiniti QX60. I thought the quote was a bit high so I filled out some form online and was contacted by at least 10 brokers all insisting on a phone call which I didn't have the time for. 3B was the only broker who was willing to give me numbers without a phone call and guess what? The numbers were really good and it was I who actually called them. We went back and forth between different brands and models but I eventually settled on another q50, this time with the sports package. The price was amazing and they are very low pressure. I put the brakes on the deal on at least 2 occasions and didn't get any pushback. I plan on working with them again when we upgrade my wife's car soon. Highly recommended. read more

This was probably one of my most easy transactions I have ever done. I was shopping for my pops and I had couple cars in mind for him but wanted to test drive them first.
