When I was finally in the market for a new SUV, and having read what seemed like a hundred 5-star reviews on Yelp, my mind was set on 4 SUVs with very specific options. I made the decision to go with SMG/Lease Max. I called them up and was immediately connected with Alexander Marton. He asked me a few questions such as what kind of cars I was in the market for, including required options, monthly payment range, etc., and sent me a couple of forms via email to complete and return. Alexander was extremely helpful in assisting me in narrowing down the field to two luxury SUVs. He was able to get me a fantastic 39/10K lease on a 2016 Infiniti QX60 Premium/Premium Plus Pkg. As a busy mother of 2-year-old twin boys who also works full-time, my time is very valuable to me and I was in no mood to play the haggling game--I had better things to do with my time. Alexander really stepped up to the plate to make this car leasing process one of the easiest and FASTEST I've ever done. He took care of all the negotiating for me, picked me up at my home while daddy watched the kids, and drove me to the Infiniti dealership to pick up my brand-spanking-new car--all in less than a week! Interestingly, while I was reviewing the lease paperwork alone with the finance rep, she completely caught me off guard and tried to talk me into buying a whole bunch of excess wear & tear protection plans, and would have literally blown my monthly car payment several hundred dollars more. Fortunately, I told her that I wanted to confer with my broker first before deciding, and waited for Alexander to return from taking a quick call from another client. He was right there by my side to rescue me...WHEW! If you are considering leasing, please be aware that the dealership will try to sell you a plethora of excess wear and tear plans, which will easily add $20 or more to your monthly payment should you decide to add them. I highly recommend you do your homework on each of the cars you are considering (e.g., money factor, residual, adj. cap cost) and know beforehand, which, if any, of the lease excess wear and tear protection plans are right for you If you normally take good care of your car, you probably won't need any extra protection, but I do recommend you be physically present when the inspection takes place before you turn in your car at the end of the lease term. Never leave your car at the dealership for the final inspection, you'll be sorry. While I do take very good care of my cars, I have had bad experiences in the past with careless and unscrupulous people backing into my bumpers on my MBZ and then leaving the scene of the crime. I did get the bumper protection for my peace of mind, considering that I'm leasing a $50K SUV with sophisticated cameras on front/rear bumpers, and I'd hate to think how much it would cost me to repair them should they become damaged in any way. All in all, I highly recommend Alexander Marton. He is an extremely down-to-earth and knowledgeable car professional who will negotiate the best deal on your behalf. Wowowowowwww is all I gotta say!!! I've used SMG 3 times already and referred so many Freinds. This time around I saw they are offering a new service. It's called LeaseMax. They basically give u all the dealer secrets to go and Do It yourself. It's amazing and brilliant. There are so many services out there that are so called on the "buyers" side like FAIR, TrueCar, etc. these are not really helping. I tried Fair and they started hounding me from dealerships. I always love to go car shopping with my wife but I never know if I'm really getting a good deal, what may seem like a good deal to me usually is not the case. So this time I called Mario and LeaseMax to go over some things so that I would know what to expect and what terminology to use. Mario was wonderful and he was with my wife and I every step of the way by phone, text and email. We test drove about 4 different models and we would send him info immediately so he could break it down for us then he would send us a print out of our different lease or purchase options and what we should be paying. I have dealt with this companies Luxury division. When it was time for me to get my mother a new car I contacted the crew at SMG and they out me on with somebody from there "Economy" division. At first I didn't understand why the broker couldn't just help me with numbers for my Camry but later it made sense. They have specific people that are more experienced I'm certain fields. If I were to lease a new Ferrari I wouldn't want the same guy helping me that got me my Camry. So it really made sense and worked out great. Got my mom a ruby red Toyota Camry LE for just about 200 bucks a month. The whole SMG organization and there different divisions are great. I wish that I had found out about this place a long time ago. I have always gone into the dealers and worked my own deal, and even then after hours and hours at the dealership was always left wondering if I really got that deal. AMAZING! I don't know how they did it, but they did it. I went to CalStar Mercedes to lease a car and got numbers, they weren't far from what I expected, but I decided to shop around to find the best deal. After going to a few dealerships around town and getting the lowest price I could negotiate, I decided to look into LeaseMax. Arlen is the person you want to go to when it's time to buy or lease a vehicle. First he is a patient man. I contacted him on three occasions. Every time, I ask him to hold on and wait for my decision. He always cheerfully said "OK" . I also asked him for quotes on different vehicles. All along he never sounded impatient or busy. Second, he gave me a simple breakdown of all the costs of the deal where I could weigh and compare options. So in the end I leased a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 with a decent initial down and 36 monthly payments. My first experience using a broker and it was great! I worked with Arlen and he was very professional from start to finish, answered all my questions and overall got me a better deal than going through a dealership or another broker. My work makes my schedule pretty difficult but Arlen worked around it and kept me update through the entire process.
