Garren is an absolute maverick at customer service. This is the second time, I've purchased a car with National Auto, and Garren has left me beyond happy and amazed. I came to him the first time with a lease over mileage and the second time a total loss accident. I needed help! Every phone conversation was prompt, patient, and in the end I always got the car I wanted, and he saved me money. The actual sit down paperwork and car pickup took me literally 15 minutes. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen with top-notch quality. Brand new, I love this car. Hassle-less and once again they delivered it right to my door. I was in need of a new car after my last one kicked the bucket. I'm in grad school and have a long commute to get to school. I was hoping to lease a reliable hybrid with good fuel efficiency that also was under $300 in monthly payments. Anytime we call him he is ready to help. He makes the process very smooth and fast. I always recommend him to all our friends and family. A few weeks ago Garen helped us with our purchase of our brand new Toyota Rav-4. We only had a few days to return our old lease and get a new car and Garen made it happen with our very tight timeline. Our car was delivered to our house and our old lease was picked up! But today Toyota of Glendale fixed my washer fluid tank (their technician broke it a while ago) for a complementary, so I paid for an oil change service at the same time (today). When Wison saw my car this morning, he said to me "I have never seen it in this good condition". Yes, I'm a clean freak and I always clean and care for my car, so his words made my day. Wilson seems to really respect customer care and service, I really appreciate it. And Danny, who brought my car back to the front, was also kind enough to open my car's hood and showed me my new washer fluid tank.

I ordered a part for a customer last week and was told it would arrive Saturday for pick up. Literally waiting on it. They said I had missed the cutoff time by a few minutes... whatever. Day comes and I drive to the dealership and there's no order, no part... just a saved quote. I understand accidents but this is 4th time they're doing this. Management needs to step up!

REVIEW FOR REPAIR SHOP:…read more My family member took our 1 year old family vehicle in for repairs and was charged an initial $270 diagnostic fee, only to be told they could not find the issue. To identify the problem, they stated they would need to remove the dash for a secondary diagnostic costing $2,100--bringing total diagnostic fees to $2,370 before any actual repairs even begin. The work must be complicated but that's still a large amount. While I appreciate that a loaner vehicle was provided, the overall experience has been an expensive and frustrating hassle. We dropped my car off in early July and 3 weeks later they still do not know what is causing the issue, nor have they started the secondary diagnostic. On top of that, communication has been poor; you can only get updates from the specific advisor assigned to your case, meaning no one can answer your questions if that individual is unavailable. Our car is still with the dealership and we'll see how things go from here. So far, it's been suboptimal and it doesn't look like the end is in sight anytime soon. Wish us luck! I'd recommend another brand or at least another shop for repairs.

I needed to lease a car and I called Garen directly using the info provided by another Yelp user (thx!). I don't regret it the slightest. I didn't want to deal with the salesmen at the dealership since I already knew what I wanted and I'm not great at the whole negotiation part of the deal. Spoke with Garen and told him what I wanted. I gave him 3 trims of the civic I was interested and only no down payment (just the drive off amount). Within an hour he called back with pricing. I chose the ex-l trim and then asked for my info to check my credit. This was on a Thursday afternoon and he called Friday morning saying the car was ready (no joke; it was that quick). I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday since I was at work on Friday and couldn't make it. However, Garen offered to deliver the car at my apartment on Friday evening (I was amazed; who does that?). He arrived at the specified time and provided a detailed and knowledgeable tour of the civic (no rush as he took his time). He then proceeded with the paperwork. No surprises with a different amount as everything he said was exactly on the contract. Overall, my experience was excellent. Garen was amazing and honest. Shortest and easiest transaction I have encountered. I will definitely be coming back after my lease is up. First of all don't look for another company to lease/buy a car. My experience with National Auto was by far the best easy going process in obtaining the car I wanted. To start off I had told them which car I wanted to lease. I waited not even a week and the company had found my dream car at such a great deal. I'm glad I didn't have to deal with the car dealership directed because that is such a pain. Never once I felt pressured in accepting or signing anything right up hand. Once I received the car, everything was explained to me in great detail. There were never no hidden fees. The price I was told that I would be paying was the same on the contract. I really felt I was taken care of and any questions/concerns I had were always addressed. I wasn't left with any doubts on my mind and I'm really ones of those people who are skeptical about everything. I wish I can say the same thing for cable companies however. I also want to include that National Auto are very military friendly. I'm in the military and they took that into consideration in finding me an even better deal. My overall experience with this company is that they were very honest, helpful and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I highly recommend anyone seeking an easier experience in purchasing or leasing a car. In my personal opinion, I feel is much better than dealing with the auto dealerships directly. Wow. I have been shopping around for cars since my saab broke down a couple months ago. I was searching for a ten year or less old, ideally late model, reliable car to roll on with. Almost every dealership i went to tried pressuring me into either a sale or some sorta lease as i anxiously walked away. Their used car deals were questionable and i was uneasy about the whole situation. A coworker recommended i call a broker to explore another option for my next vehicle. I called Adriana and immediately knew she was there to give me the information i needed to make a solid decision. She answered my questions about leasing vs buying and gave me plenty of options to choose from. National auto and Adriana are very informative and very helpful. I did not imagine a new car would be possible until contacting them. I knew i wanted a brand new 16 civic, and Adriana helped me to make it happen! A worker named Chris Zelaya was by far the most helpful and honest car salesman my dad has seen since the 1960's. He answered any questions I had for over a month before I decided on what car, he was very patient and thorough with his answers. He said "Anything you want, anything you need, I will do for you." He was not a normal car salesman who is in it for the money, he only cares about giving you the best deals ever, within your budget. He saved me over $300 a month on my monthly payments, if it wasn't for him I would be paying almost $700 a month. He literally shopped around, and bent over backwards to get me a BMW within my budget. Please go to Christian Zelaya if you want a car, I GUARANTEE he is the best auto salesman out there. He even picks you up and takes you to your car or deliver it to you if need be. He picked me up and on the drive he told a story about how he's been in the car business for 20 years and he's tired of seeing people getting ripped off by these dishonest car salesman so he dedicated his life and career to helping people (lower income or not) get the BEST and LOWEST deals out there. I rarely write reviews but this place is great, I had to write one. Garen was awesome. He found the exact car that I was looking for with the exact packages that I wanted at an affordable price. They were able to get a very affordable payment for me. At a payment that I would've never been able to get from a dealer myself. Considering it was a 2017 model, the payments were very affordable. They are not like dealerships that are pushy and obnoxious. Even when I couldn't make up my mind on the type of vehicle. Garen was very flexible and he found the exact car I wanted within hours. This has the be the best car buying experience. This is my 3rd car leasing. If I would've known about national auto I would've definitively gone with them since the beginning. I was looking to buy a new Prius so I visited few dealerships. Needless to say i was forced to deal with pushy hustler type of sales people who were trying to get me all confused on the price of the car, lease or buy and just concentrate on " monthly payment " . Then I got an advice from a friend to try calling a broker. I called DAV, EXPRESS AUTO, REDLINE. All of them sounded nicer than dealer sales people but i was still getting a run around regarding the prices on the car. Some of them did not want to give me any numbers and the others gave me a very low number but after I asked them couple of questions I found that there were some hidden fees and surprises at the end. Finally i called National Auto and spoke with Garen. Garen gave me all the prices TO THE CENT right over the phone, assured me that the prices he quoted are all taxes and fees included. As this was my first time leasing a car by myself, I contacted many dealerships and brokers (about 10 dealerships and 5 brokers) I was very doubtful about brokers... But out of all of them Edgar was definitely the one that stood out, and was able to get me the best deal. He is undoubtedly very knowledgeable and works really hard to get you the best deal / he's the type of guy to keep his word. He went a step further and got me things on my lease normally you wouldn't (tint / all weather matts..etc) It was really over kill in a good way. By far, this has been the greatest experience in auto shopping I've ever had. Previously, I purchased a Nissan Maxima and an Altima and got horrible deals at the dealers! Coming to National Auto Leasing & Sales helped me get rid of one of the bad deals (the worst one) before I lost anymore money on a car I wasn't really happy with. I can now say I'm extremely happy with my new car. Almost at the same monthly payment, I am now driving a newer and more enhanced vehicle with more luxury and awesome features. On December 2nd I contacted National Auto in Glendale spoke with Taron. I was so amazed at their service and how much he went out of his way to find the best deal for the Toyota Prius I was looking for. I've been leasing cars from National Auto for years now. I think i have leased at least 4 cars from them and even though they are all very helpful, i always work with Garen. He goes above and beyond every time you work with him. There is never an inflated price, no games, no runaround. They just get you the lowest possible price without any hassle of dealing with dealership personnel. The most recent car i got was a few weeks ago. He got me a Honda Accord Sport for an insanely great deal. The amount of effort this Auto sales and leasing company puts into serving its current and potential customers is excellent. They provide you with current deals, update you on new deals as well as work hard to get you a lower price than most other auto sales and leasing companies. This was my first time going through this company, but it is really all about Garen Tagachyan the car broker. He drove over 50 miles to come and pick us up and then he drove another 30 miles to take us to the dealership. Garen is not your typical car salesman/broker. Where do I start! You might want to read this. The guys at National Auto know customer service better than any business out there. I got my car from them about a week ago. I was referred to them by my sister and brother who have got their past 5 cars through them. They did everything for me through the phone. They did not pressure me. They were confident in their prices. They were knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were on top of everything! Garen picked me up from Carmax in Burbank and drove me to Longo Lexus in El Monte all while making a car drop/pick up on the way in Hollywood. If you're like me and hate dealing with pushy car salesmen, you will go straight to National Auto Leasing and talk to Mike or Adriana. I can't stress enough how easy Mike and Adriana made it to get my Mustang. Let me just say I wanted a specific model and engine that none of the local dealers had, but Adriana somehow found the exact one I wanted. I must have asked them 100 questions and they had no problem answering all of them. It was my first time buying a car and as you can imagine I wanted to make sure I got the right car, and Adriana made sure I did! Garen one and only :) Used them 3 years ago first time, and now my lease is expiring. I managed to sell my leased car through them and to get money out of it AND to come sign on the same spot, drop off the old leased car, and pick up a brand new car for another 3 years.
