They make you pay extra for the instruction videos after you've purchased the pattern, and later realize during the knitting process that it's incomplete. We live in a place that values community, and their business model is very anti community oriented. The yarn is beautiful, but the experience is not. Only two people working, no one said so much as a, "hi, can I help you," or a welcome or thanks for coming in. Even when we're actively looking for velcro (absolutely none in the store as of this review), and I mentioned we'll go to Home Depot. The store manager didn't even acknowledge we were there. I worked there in the late 90s, and that wasn't tolerated. Customer service was always top priority.
