Dora is awesome! I took my 11 year old daughter in and she really enjoyed it. She has a lot of white heads and was nervous her first time but the procedure was gentle and she was happy. Had an appointment today, door was locked with an open sign in the door window... waited for 10 minutes knocked 4 times....no sign of anyone... I left. Horrible waist of time. This review is strictly just customer service. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my mom and I to come in and get a facial, and all I get is a voice message. I've left a voice message and even texted Dora, but still no response. Their website is also poorly organized and I even attempted to email them and still no response. It's been 3 days!! How can scheduling an appointment be this difficult? Is she a one woman show? The website says "www.pamperedbeautybar@gmail.com". First of all, www. Is incorrect. When you try to give someone business and they totally ignore you, it goes to show how much they care about their customers. Sorry. They didn't get my business more future visits that I would have most likely considered. So the owner decides to respond to me. Clearly May 5, 6 and 7 are not 3 days. I am truly disappointed with the service I received. My siblings, mom and I decided to purchase the "spa package" from Groupon. The spa package was advertised to include the following: Glass of wine and chocolates Facial  Massage  Eye treatment  Hand treatment  The entire treatment took less than 40 minutes per group-they can only accommodate two people at a time. The poor quality of the service was evident from the start. The room where the service took place had bright, fluorescent lights that were on throughout the service. The girl who completed my facial had poor-fitting latex gloves; the gloves were too big for her and with the friction from the constant movement between the gloves and her hands made it really hard to enjoy the facial. The worst part was that she was yawning throughout the treatment. The massage part was decent, it is a brief shoulder massage (about 10 minutes). The really disappointment was the eye and hand treatment. The "eye treatment" was simply wet napkins that are placed on your eyelids (about 5 minutes) during the facial. The "hand treatment" literally consists of being given a small amount of scrub and telling you to wash your hands (2 minutes). I am truly sad and disappointed with the service. We never received our chocolates (we did receive a plastic cup with wine). I wanted to treat my mom and sibling to an enjoyable and relaxing time and our experience could not been further from that. I wish they would have been more honest in regards to the groupon advertisement. The "package deal" is really nothing more than an overpriced and poorly done facial. read more

What a wonderful evening. I booked a spa party for 5. As I entered I was greeted by the owner, Dora. As you walk in, you are instantly taken from the busy and chaotic world, into a quiet serene world. The lobby area is makes you instantly happy, like you are a princess in a movie. We were given champagnetinis which were quite delightful. We were split into groups...1st, we had a wonderful facial, while the others enjoyed a foot soak, and their drinks. Then we reversed. At the end of the 2 treatments, we were all gathered for a hand paraffin treatment. That was probably the best, because we were all able to be together, drink, and chat. Dora and her staff treated us all so well and were very accommodating. They even picked up our food from the local restaurant. I look forward to coming back. I came here yesterday to get my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Dora was so amazing and friendly. I absolutely love how my eyelashes came out. I will definelty be recommending my friends to go here and will be going back when its time to have my eyelashes done again. Dora took her time and made sure I was comfortable while getting them done. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I love how beautiful the place was inside. My eyelashes came out curled and exactly how I wanted. Dora showed me pictures of how some of her other clients eyelashes came out before I got mine done and explained exactly what she would be doing to my eyelashes before she started which let me know she was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. Found my new waxing place! Jazmin and Dora are great-- they are so sweet and know their stuff! And my brows look awesome! Kept them thick and natural, didn't rush through it and used good quality supplies. Dora used this amazing solution to calm my skin and ease the stinging and redness. This place is such a gem! I went in a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but the environment is so relaxing that all my nerves went away. I am the type of person that does not like other people touching me or even being too close because I get anxious easy, well I'll tell you this place made me feel so freaking comfortable ..I didn't feel judged... Loved my experience. One of my friends got me a Groupon to this place for my birthday so I was excited to try it out. I got a spa package which included an upper body massage and facial. My service was done by Dora and she was great. She was really good about explaining the products she was using on my face and told me exactly what she was doing so I felt really informed. She was also good about giving me more information about how to improve my skincare regimen. They offer a lot of services and they even have a monthly membership which I think is about $45/month. I have been to pampered beauty bar in two occasions and I can say that in both occasions I left super pleased. The services I received by Dora the owner made me feel comfortable since I walked in the door, to all the amazing beauty tips I got from Dora all my facial beauty questions were answered with a professional and friendly actitud. Its always overwhelming when planning a bridal shower however Dora was more than accommodating. Not only did Dora and her team open for us on a Sunday (a day they're normally closed) but she also provided games and attire for the bride herself. We did one of their event packages.
