And then she cut my nails in round shape, instead of straight across. It started hurting within an hour. By the next night it is red, swollen and hurts and starting to puss. This is done using harsh outdated techniques like being aggressive with the skin around the nail and the cuticle. Won't be coming back.

This was my last time as a regular sadly. The low star rating is for the owner's inability to coordinate her team with appointments as a priority. If you were short staffed you should notify when the appointment is made or at-least when the person walks in for the appointment so they can decide to reschedule instead of basically being held hostage until services are completed hours later.
