I normally give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but after being stood up yesterday, and ignored when I asked for a refund, I feel compelled to warn others. I prepaid for a BioRePeel session and confirmed my appointment, but Torrey never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing. This was after two previous reschedules. I reached out to confirm the appointment the morning of and again afterward to request a refund for the missed service. She never responded. After checking Yelp, I realized I'm not the only one. Multiple reviewers describe the exact same issues: last-minute cancellations, no-shows, repeated excuses, and zero accountability. I understand life happens, but this isn't a one-off; it's a bad pattern. Ignoring clients, wasting their time, and keeping prepaid money for services not rendered is unacceptable. If you value professionalism and reliability, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I'm not sure what's going on with her personally but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I live in chino and saw this place that had 5 star reviews so I decided to book and treat my daughter to her first facial she was so excited. Unfortunately, she was very unprofessional and never showed up to the appointment. I am very disappointed in the fact that I was so understanding of the excuse she gave me and even was willing to give her a second chance after she offered a free service but unfortunately she basically ghosted me after apologizing and making a promise to still do the facial. It first started with running late for my appts which I don't mind at all it happens but soon after that she starts cancelling on me not once but twice. Torrey is literally an angel! I have been consistently getting a facial every month since March and the results within those three months are amazing. I've been suffering from rosacea for a while but it got very inflamed the past two years. I've gone to other estheticians in the past to try to treat my rosacea but I didn't notice much of a difference, until I found Torrey.
