As i was already have been taken was not going to make the same mistake Twice. I didn't ask for a discount, or come with any expectations around pricing. If you provided me with a quote that was below your profit margins that was a bad business choice on your part and had nothing to do with me. We provided the payment form, but you did not want to use it causing delay. -- You asked me to email you my banking details, which is so incredibly irresponsible. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer. I do highly suggest you hire someone who can help you with your business processes and educate you on banking security basics.

Since when does a UPS Store not take drop off prepaid UPS labeled packages?? The snotty woman at the register told me "I don't take drop offs". I told her it was labeled and prepaid, printed from the UPS site but she repeated her short and snotty remark. To which I replied, why are you a UPS Store if you don't accept UPS drop offs? Ridiculous! Crappy customer service attitude.

It's super old and the floors and ceilings need to be redone. They have to throw all the Amazon returns in a pile which is inefficient and overflowing. This is a management issue. They also use way too much plastic for the environment. They put every Amazon return in a plastic sac. They could save money if they just had people bring their returns in the shipping boxes they were received in. Just tape them back up for them. That's my only gripe!
