I emailed ups the label asked him to print it and they charged me $3.35 for that service. They charged me three dollars to rent the computer,i.e., have the employee use the computer for one moment, and print the paper. That is outrageous. I've been to the UPS in round rock and done the same thing, and it was less than a dollar. It is because of round rock UPS that I thought all UPS were good, but obviously they are not all made the same! I will never be back.

They called up Ink Images and spoke with someone who was friendly at first until they saw the website and apparently disagreed with the content (funny and slightly inappropriate sayings). This all would have been fine if they had said upfront that they did not want their business. However, they said they would get them a quote but never returned a call or an email. Almost a week later my friend decides to follow up with Ink Images and they tell her that "they did not want to be involved with their company". That is pretty low, dishonest, and unprofessional. My company has used Ink Images quite a bit but after the way they treated my friend's company I will never do business with them again. They are rude and two faced. At least be honest up front if you just can't handle doing your job. But now you have lost my business and will never get a referral from me again. You tried to reach us during the lunch hour unsuccessfully and tried the exact same time the following day that is still during lunch. --I have called 4 times over the last three weeks, ranging from 11:20 AM and 3 PM - each time I was either told that no one was in the office who could run payment details but you could write it on a piece of paper (again the disrespect for for banking security my gosh.) or didn't I get an answer.
