There is usually a line for people wanting UPS support but the layout of the store is set up so those who just need kiosk to do their thing. It's super old and the floors and ceilings need to be redone. They have to throw all the Amazon returns in a pile which is inefficient and overflowing. This is a management issue. They also use way too much plastic for the environment. They put every Amazon return in a plastic sac. They could save money if they just had people bring their returns in the shipping boxes they were received in. Just tape them back up for them. That's my only gripe!

Sensing a long wait I decided to return another day. Two days later I was third in line and another customer got on line behind me. The same lady was at the print desk. After waiting a few minutes watching the discussion at the desk the phone rang and the print desk lady picked it up and began conversation with the caller. I looked around the store and realized that no other employees would be assisting. I left the line and sought out a manager who was near the registers. I described the situation and explained that the customers that came to the store and were waiting in line had to now wait for the person who called to be helped first. I told him how wrong this was in terms of business practice and common courtesy. He never asked how he could help and I left the store. I won't be returning because I don't patronize businesses that treat customers this way.
