I just completed my first order with Dirt Cheap Signs. I understand that I don't have a long term relationship with them but I can honestly say that I'm impressed. I needed a banner for an event my business is sponsoring this Friday night. I called Dirt Cheap Signs because I was referred to them by my brother-in-law. I worked directly with Brandon and Jonas. Both were quick to respond to my needs and very help through the entire process....from ordering, to design, to pick up. Even the though the service and turn around was superb that wasn't the best part. The best part was the price. We got a top quality, full color banner for next to nothing. Horrible experience. Owner denies knowingly shipping two parcels to an address without using the full shipping info I provided. Both parcels were lost, and my small business lost money (thankfully only a few hundred dollars +\- however many thousand from not having signs) during Christmas due to laziness on their part. I wish I would've looked around for a better deal instead of trusting someone else's recommendation. read more

Purchased 100 signs from this company, after a month, we received our order. Not only were the signs printed poorly, they were not accurate. I got in contact with the Sales Manager, who was unwilling to replace the signs. Would not recommend doing business with this company. We ordered 100 signs over a month ago and these were supposed to arrive within a week after ordering. We still have not received any contact whatsoever or the signs and finally was forced to open a credit card dispute to get a refund. This place sucks!!! read more
