Had to get some documents printed for a presentation that was in the Georgetown area, so I decided to use this location. I had a couple of copies, and some proposals that needed to be bound with coils-a small order. First issue was that I ordered the night before at 6pm, and then my documents weren't going to ready until 1pm the next day-to me that seems incredibly long to wait for a few copies. I didn't find the employees at this location to be super friendly either. I showed up maybe about 15-20 minutes before 1pm and was told my stuff wasn't ready yet and I need to come back (it was sitting on the printer). I don't know if I'll come back to this location again. I will stick with my Cedar Park FedEx spot! read more

I am in the process of selling a doll collection and have used FedEx multiple times this week. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient. The deliveries have gone without a snag thus far. I high recommend using FedEx over UPS or USPS. read more

The staff lacks customer service and interpersonal skills. They are not motivated to respond to customer requests or concern. In addition they have misplaced several of my next day deliveries and it appears that several of my packages were tampered upon deliver. I would highly recommend if possible to use the FedEx -Cedar Park, Texas store. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, professional and they all have excellent customer service skill. read more

I have been to this place a couple of times and must say this one short hair tall lady behind the counter always ruins my experience. One of the times I came here for printing on a card paper, and she had no idea how to help out with printing (choosing the right printer) from their own machines. As an employee I expect them to be trained for this, not only that - she was rude and did not care to help on being requested. Let's not forget we are paying by every minute when logged in. Second time, I went in to return a pre labeled shipment. On looking at the shipment, all I get from here is "No, we cannot ship this goto the Pflugerville location". This was so strange as she did not share the reason - on questioning she mentions my package has a battery so it will have to goto Pflugerville location and I will have to go there. Fine! So I drive to Pflugerville ground location and they immediately said they wont take any packages with battery. How much more training does this employee need? They do not know how to help with printing and don't even have the right information!! I wasted an hour of my time, not to mention the gas and the toll just to hear a no from the other location. Other people at this location have been way nicer and have amazing service, they should definitely train this lady a bit of customer service. Some empathy will go a long way! read more

Jennifer at the Georgetown FedEx was extremely rude today. If this is her normal attitude, she may want to reconsider working in a customer facing job. I was pulling up the shipping code on my phone when another customer walked in. I was gathering my purse to get out of the way, when she snaps at me to move to the counter next to her. Ok, guess I wasn't moving fast enough... I move two counters down and she snaps again, saying "I told you to stand here" and points at the counter next to her. WTF, Jennifer? I'm not a dog. Chill and help the other customer while I find my code and stay out of your way. After 3 snide comments and dirty looks, I got out, but man, Jennifer needs an attitude adjustment. read more

Let me start by saying that both of the front desk people working on 6/5 were relatively friendly and were responsive to my asks for the shipping papers I needed to fill out. FedEx does have good pricing on shipment and my company ships a lot. The 1 star is based on the absolutely terrible follow through and follow up at this location. I had many packages to deliver. Travis (again, friendly) helped and seemed to have everything figured out and under control. I had filled out the packing slip information for each package and names were spelled incorrectly for packages (which I knew from the confirmation email indicating that they'd been processed and sent). Fine. I now, as of today, have 2 packages that could not be delivered due to incorrect address. Whether it was the FedEx rep or myself who got the addresses wrong is a guessing game and I thought I could call and easily get it corrected. When I called FedEx main hub they spent a long time on the phone with me explaining that I would have to call the specific location I sent the packages from to do anything further with address corrections. So I did that. I got put on hold once after explaining the situation and why I was now calling them and got a "let me talk to my manager". The person (Abby, who was at least kind) then came back on the line and explained that the manager of this location said "tell her to call the main hub" which I replied with reiterating that I had just explained to her I did call the main hub and they said to call the shipment location. She explained she'd talk to her manager again. Then a different person picked up and I was confused and asked if it was the manager. They stated no but they could send me to a manager if needed. That took a few back and forths to figure out that this Georgetown location, rather than just get back on the phone with me, routed me to the main FedEx hub again...who again told me they could do nothing but return the package and I would have to have it resent. So 1 person said the location CAN change an address and lift a "restriction", but another said i can't do anything but return to me and resend later. Confusing. How is it that not everyone has the same answer to a problem? What a runaround and what lazy customer service to have routed me to the main hub because you didn't want to deal with the issue. I didn't catch the other person working with Travis on 6/5, but talking about how you called in sick to work so you could actually go to a waterpark just further confirms the absolute laziness that must be a culture at this location. read more

Mari was the best person to help me resolve my issue. She spent so much time and effort making sure we did anything and everything to resolve my issue. On the other hand Abigail was just flat out rude and refused to even attempt to help me. She is probably one of the most inconsiderate people I have run across. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed with her. If she was having a bad day fine but be professional and show up to work like you care it's not the customers fault for you having a bad day or hating your Job. Mari should be the prime example of phenomenal customer service and Abigail can learn something from her. read more

The person behind the counter saw a pretty girl and asserted she was in line before me. So I said, "listen if you want to take care of the pretty girl before me go ahead." He waived her forward and she said "no he was here before me." I asked her politely to take my spot. The guy behind the counter said i'll take care of you, come over." I politely insisted he take care of the lady at this point. He said "If you want to be like that, you can leave." I flipped him off and left. Pretty sad situation. The fat guy behind the counter is trolling women in the line... and he is rude on top of it... check their reviews... rude is a theme in that store. read more

This is for the location at Wolf Creek. There is probably more than one reason why one star but certainly my reason is the middle aged lady clerk there. She wasn't rude in the sense most people think of as rude, but actively, offensively hostile rude. It was early in the day so who knows why she is/was that way. I didn't choose to use FedEx and when I have a choice it will be the post office or UPS. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is utterly rude, and if you want any sort of reasonable customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. I rarely write reviews that are negative. I usually stick to the positive. But this store was disorganized, dirty, and I wasn't impressed when I walked in. The staff was arrogant and self-important in attitude. Look, if you are in retail, you are in a SERVICE industry. You are a servant in that role. Your specific job: POLITE, HELPFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Abbigail was amazing, came in for a very large print and laminate job. It should have taken all day but Abbigail went out of her way to make sure my job was completed. I am very happy with the experience and would definitely highly recommend using this store. There were never any long lines while I was here the staff was very professional with everyone. read more

I wish I could give this -5 stars. I've had exactly the same experience as Leslie G. and Gary S. and John F. and Neil S who's posted here also. Jennifer is still working at Fedex? How the heck is that possible? She should have been fired years ago! I work in sales/customer facing roles and I've never encountered anyone as rude and unhelpful as her. This was my 2nd interaction today with Jennifer (lucky me, eh?). The 1st experience was so bad I made a formal complaint to Fedex corporate a few months ago, looks like they don't take customer feedback seriously. Whoever owns this facility needs to do themselves a favor and get rid of her, before she loses more customers for you. Their barcode label was unreadable. They applied new label. Damaged package. Said they were shipping it back to me so I could examine the contents. Never got it. They said they destroyed the package. It is my opinion an employee saw the item after the box was damaged and stole it. It is my opinion the package was destroyed so people would think the item was in the box when it was destroyed. read more

I have been coming to this location since we opened our business in Georgetown three and a half years ago. The whole process of shipping out packages was very new to me and I had a lot to learn but the staff here was so patient and helpful. I drop off packages almost daily and since day one the staff has been wonderful. Our packages are heavy and fragile and most often than not, Dan or Joe will come out to my car to help me unload if they see me unloading by myself. Who does that anymore?? Chivalry is not dead! I went in on a Saturday for a last minute printing emergency: a custom designed, colorful,& oddly-shaped wedding card. I was worried there was no way they could get it done in time, but Joe helped me out and it turned out looking great. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a beautiful card---Joe saved my butt while juggling several customers. read more

Dan, a most gracious man at the Wolf Ranch Town Center FedEx store, deserves the highest kudos for being a dedicated and attentive professional. My wife Kerry has used them on a couple of occasions for some of her artwork. This time however, she designed a Christmas card and wanted a scripture verse on the reverse side. She did the art design, and I provided the layout for the scripture verse, and loaded it onto a flash drive. She took it in and after showing it to Dan and explaining what she had in mind (two-sided reproduction on 20 lb. card stock), he not only said he could do it, but also spent some time laying it out, adjusting the image so two imprints would fit on one sheet, and providing a "galley" that she could bring home with the promise picking the order the following morning. She was impressed with his willingness to help, and ability to make the corrections and get the job done. This guy deserves not only high praise, but a raise as well. read more

Beware this FedEx office. We had a shipment sent there for pick up over 4 months ago. The value of the package was around 1000.00$. When my husband went to pick it up the clerk said " I gave it to your wife about 30 minutes ago. She showed her puerto rican passport." We were later shown footage from the security camera showing a woman who was obviously not me taking our package. It didn't appear any ID was shown. 4 months later we are still haggling with claims department to be reimbursed for the loss. It's been a nightmare and so disappointing as we were regular users of that particular FedEx office. They don't seem to care if you didn't get your package even with hard evidence of an employee mistake. read more

I was in the store today and was greeted kindly by Lauren, who was with a customer. I was the only other person in the store so I went to the counter where Rich was standing. He was looking at the screen and never looked up. I finally asked HIM if he could assist me with an order pickup and he told me that I needed to return to the line where Lauren was. I returned to the line and waited another 10 minutes while Lauren finished up with her customer. She did apologize to me for the wait, which I appreciated. However, while waiting for her I also observed Rich tell her that he was locked out of the system. She told him not to worry about that right now but he never jumped in to assist me or now, the customer behind me. It was clear that Lauren was going to have to fix the login error too. What ever happened to the customer comes first? When Lauren was able to assist me, the transaction was just a couple of minutes. The order was pre-paid and very little had to be done. I just don't understand why Rich couldn't prioritize to assist the customers versus leaving all of the work for Lauren. She was great and the print job was completed correctly but I am not sure I will be back. read more
