A year ago i came in and got a corneal abraion by a tech who had the smell of cigarettes on her hands when i complained i was told to wait for an antibiotic at home to be called in i waited and emailed several times i explained i lived out of town and expected my full refund per thier policy. Today i return to town and tried to come in and work with the same lady but no help at all even with the proof waste of money and time I recommend never using this place in the future! I have had my lashes done by 4 different people/salons in the past and never got the results I wanted. My lashes were looking good 10% of the time and terrible 90% of the time. Yeah, Teresa's pretty awesome at 3D eyebrow tattoos. Will admit that after the first appointment I was a little worried, because the first layered color faded very quickly, but she assured me that it's normal. After she finished the second time, I loved my eyebrows instantly. I took very good care of it and now it's been over a month. I LOVE them! I was worried they would look fake or just "wrong" because I'm 100% Asian and have platinum blonde hair. But they look so natural and just perfect (better than I could ever draw). Every time I look into the mirror they just make me smile. I'm so glad I got them done, I'm so glad I went to her! I was surprised that she took her time to show me and go over my removal.she was very honest and upfront about what she can do and wont do to my skin. I had eyeliner and eyebrows that I'm very disappointed with both the technician and the quality. The first time I went in all went pretty well. The second time I went in the technician was unprofessional and rude. Stopping to do laundry, answer the door and what not while I'm waiting on the table. Never once did I hear a sink run for a hand washing. Certainly a long shot calling the place a spa. I now have two eyebrows that don't match and are very asymmetrical. I specifically asked for the bridge of my nose portion not to be squared off (like the technicians) and they are. I would never be able to recommend this technician or the Axiom Spa. Cami was friendly and honest at the end of the visit and told me some lashes were giving her trouble/not sticking and to let her know if I had any issues afterwards. I had several fall out within the first two days so I called back and she was quickly paged and contacted me to fix the issue. I got my first teeth whitening treatment done on 2/26/14. Mason was amazing. I was so nervous about something hurting or burning, and he reassured me that it was just annoying to have the plastic piece in my mouth. It is a very relaxing place. I almost fell asleep! when going through the 2nd phase of the treatment Mason was very hospitable. Just got a full set of the Blackout Lashes & am in love! They look & feel amazing. The salon was cute & my appointment was first thing on a Saturday morning so it was quiet and relaxing. I had never gotten my lashes done in a salon that had an open lay out (usually it's in a "private" room) - very neat! I usually use the hour or so to get them done to take a nap so will definitely continue to book first thing in the morning when it's a little slower. About 6 months ago I had my brows micro-bladed after contemplating it for a long time. I did my research and googled spa after spa and read review after review. I have been getting mink eyelash extensions from Theresa for over 2 years. She does an amazing job. Her office is no frills so you are not paying for a fortune to cover her overhead. Her online booking system makes it so convenient. I can book from my phone right when I decide that I need a fill instead of waiting for office hours. Theresa is great about touch ups too. Add yourself to the waitlist if you have had a mishap or text the office. She will try to work out a way for you to come in and at minimum fix you up enough to get through to your next appointment. Theresa is also very knowledgeable. She is always trying new glues and products to find out what works best for me. She even gave me a clear sealer to try in between my fills. I have had extensions before but never had my eyelashes look this consistently good and with minimal damage to my real lashes. read more

What I had done: eyebrows/eyeliner My experience at Axiom Spa has been superb--Theresa is the best! I have never really had eyebrows, and after a disaster where a hairdresser dyed my eyebrows and burned the skin, making them patchy because she had permanently damaged the hair follicles, it seemed like all hope was gone for them ever looking really good again. I was pretty devastated by how terrible I felt my eyebrows looked--and I wasn't sure what to do. One day online, I saw a concept called "3D eyebrow tattoos" and decided to look into it. There were some pictures online of some really amazing, realistic looking tattoos and I decided that that was what I wanted to do! I started doing some research because I wanted my face to look as natural as possible--too many of my mom's friends, including my mom, had gone in to get permanent makeup done and all I could remember was teasing them for it, thinking it looked absolutely terrible and fake. So with much research and trepidation, I finally discovered Theresa and made my free consultation. I saw her pictures online and she was purported as the best, but I was still unsure as I went in. I went in and didn't look back. I immediately decided after that to make Theresa my artist. And I'm so glad I did! Her manner was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She was patient with all my questions (despite probably having heard the same concerns a million times before) and really made me feel at ease. THE PROCEDURE: Theresa was very open to listening to my desires for my eyebrows. I drew them and she made her suggestions--which made the design look even better. She put numbing cream on my eyebrows and allowed the numbing cream to set in. She mixed the dyes in front of me and was careful to go conservative--she is all about the natural look, which I absolutely love! Throughout the process, the pain was minimal, although the deeper strokes we did in later sessions did hurt more. She made sure not to do more than I could handle, and was mindful of bruising. Even for someone with mild pain tolerance the procedure wasn't too painful. Pain for the most part was minimal/or nonexistent. The eyebrows themselves looked great! So much better than what I previously had. I had absolutely no regrets walking away from getting my eyebrows done. A lot of people had commented that there was something different about me, a good different, that they couldn't place their finger on. The few people I did reveal to that I had gotten tattoos, were absolutely floored. They couldn't believe it. :) After that experience I was hooked. I went back to get my eyeliner done--today, in fact--and was thrilled by how they looked right after the procedure. I didn't bother to make another consultation and just booked my next appointment after my last session for eyebrows, because I believed Theresa would not disappoint. And she didn't. I was scared that this one was going to hurt, but Theresa said it wouldn't, and I trusted her. This one was actually painless, in fact, if a bit uncomfortable. There was far less discomfort getting my eyeliner done than my eyebrows (which might surprise some people! It surprised me). Once again, she exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back. I've been recommending her to anyone who is evenly remotely interested in getting permanent makeup done. BONUS: Theresa is so cool that, after seeing that parts of my eyebrows had faded, she went ahead and did a little bit of retouching along with my eyeliner FOR FREE. I think this just proves how concerned Theresa is with having meticulous, perfected work--NOT a person who is just a one-and-done, take-your-money-and-run type person! How awesome! Theresa is a talented artist, a professional, and a sweet lady with fair prices. She could honestly charge more for the incredible work she does. But instead she makes being just that much more beautiful both reasonably affordable and attainable. I truly believe she cares about her art, and is NOT in this to scam people out of their money. If you're AFRAID of getting that 50-year-old, glaucoma lady blue eyeliner and eyebrow combo disaster kind-of-look that a lot of people get from unseasoned "artists" with bad tools, just go straight to Theresa. She uses state-of-the-art equipment, cares about your needs, dissuades you from looks that don't age well, and knows what she is doing. I joke with my mom about how much better my tattooed makeup looks than hers, haha. I already told my mom for her birthday I'll buy her tattooed eyebrows too.) read more
