We called the listed phone number and again spoke with the same female as before who apologized profusely. We rescheduled for early morning time on July 4 and a worker showed up as expected. After telling the cleaner that the skylight was not part of the job, he began unloading equipment from his pickup. Then . . . I receive a text stating the price would be $230!!! I then spoke to the same (previously nice-sounding) female who said, "Your neighbor's house was one story; yours is two". I adamently expressed that the other house was also a TWO story with same window quantity and to cancel the job! Ahead of EACH time slot, we spent over an hour moving furnishings away from windows and laying down tarps in order to have an environment in which the cleaner could work without fear of damaging a customer's property.
