Hugo and his wife Angelica are the best!!!!! Found out about this place cause they are a Factor dealer as well as seeing some people rant and rave about Hugo on TikTok. Took my gravel bike in for a tune up and Hugo did a great job making sure my concerns we addressed (switching from big chainring to little chain ring) and cleaned everything up nicely on the bike making it looks better than new and run smoother too. All while only taking a couple days to do it. I also mentioned to Hugo that I had my race bike built by another shop but felt like everything was done poorly, incorrectly, and had to wait a long time for it to be done. Hugo told me to take it in for him to have a look about what I was concerned about. After taking it in for Hugo to look at and speaking about the issues I decided to have him rebuild the entire bike. Hugo went to work immediately and began the tear down showing me what was done wrong and how the right way of doing it was. It only took him a day to get my bike back up to tip top condition. Rode it the same day and everything felt superb. Had minor adjustments to be made but Hugo fixed them the day after I brought it back and explained that if I had any issues big or small that he would take care of it any time. I also ended up buying a new set of wheels that Hugo put on for me. He not only put them on for me but assured me the wheels would work on my drivetrain and provided his input on how it would be on the bike. I really appreciate everything Hugo and Angelica! You got my bikes running better than new and in no time. It's been a headache with the other shop I went to but Hugo's work and expertise saved the day. 3H has a lifelong customer. I also brought in 2 additional customers (neighbor and brother in law) after they saw the work that was done on my bikes and hearing from my experience. I was referred to 3H by another shop that did not offer the service I wanted because I wanted to run tubeless on my Cannondale. The shop is small, but the customer service and knowledge is outstanding!! I spoke to Hector over the phone, and he was professional and extremely helpful. I even brought my wheels and tires over for him to see if it can be done the same day. Unfortunately, the previous owner I bought the bicycle from bought the wrong tire (even if it was gravel tire, it was not a 'tubeless ready' tire). Hector helped research and provided an abundance of information to what I needed to do. He even offered to order the 'tubeless ready' gum wall tires once they are not backordered. Was planning on going for a ride when i noticed my rear tire was low and seemingly leaking from the valve when i sprayed it with soapy water. I had a creeking sound coming from my headset fork area on my 2021 BMC SLR01 One with over 14,000 miles on the bike. I was riding along the San Gabriel River Bike Trail when I inadvertently ran over broken glass just before Del Amo Blvd. I went on Yelp and the nearest bike repair shop was 3H Cycling--2 miles away. The young guy that helped me was professional and friendly and immediatley began work on repairing my flat tire. I waited outside and within 30 minutes, my bike was repaired and I was ready to head back to the bike trail. For those cyclists who use the San Gabriel River Bike Trial, 3H Cycling is your place for your clycling needs. Its just a mile off the trail--east on Artesia--and the store is very welcoming and the work is efficient and fast. Héctor and Hugo honestly hooked me up and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I wanted a specific front rim which other bike shops (Jax, Frank's) told me would cost anywhere from 180 to 275 and would have to be ordered taking up to 3 weeks. I ain't got time to wait and wanted to get back on my bike! 3H was the fourth shop I went to and they found the exact replacement rim to match my bike on another bike and gave it to me for half the price of these other places! There's a small service area and while they've only been open a month or so, their space is filling up with some really great shop favorites. I especially like visiting because of how knowledgeable Hugo has been. Excellent customer service. Learned about their cycling group welcoming all levels of cyclists. I have needs. I have extraordinary needs outside of normal people. I am half man, half wheels and I need specific needs: yes, I am in a wheelchair. I don't wear out shoes as others (one of advantages) but my wheelchair tires does get worn out. Looking around good-o-yelp, I found 3H Cycling, nested between the ice rink and the liquor store. Angel was very helpful, finding what I need: Schwalbe Marathon Plus Evolution. They are fast wheels and their treads are the longest that I have been ridden.
