    Don't waste your money here, these guys charge you $3 to just print a label if you just need to ship a package which is absurd.

    Charging $1 for tape is ridiculous, this place always has long lines and only 1 person working at the counter every time I go.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store today. I came in to return a product that…read morewas extremely heavy. As I struggled to get it into the store, I was visibly huffing and puffing, and another customer was kind enough to open the door for me. I am intelligent, educated and well dressed woman. I assume was not the right complexion. Once inside, I stood in line feeling like I might pass out because the item was so heavy. There were two male attendants at the counter, and neither one offered any assistance, suggested a place where I could set the package down, or acknowledged that I was clearly struggling. For identification purposes, I want to mention, one was a silver haired man, the other was a male with black hair, piercing and tattoos, Instead, they both looked at me and offered no help until it was finally my turn. When I reached the counter, one employee looked past me and asked whether I was next, even though I had been standing there waiting. The other employee, whose line I was in, never properly acknowledged me and seemed to continue a conversation instead of helping me in a timely manner. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are visibly struggling with a heavy item. Whether it was poor customer service, age bias, or some other form of prejudice, the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location. Customers deserve basic courtesy, respect, and assistance.

I don't know what it is about the UPS Store lately, including this location but the employees are all so angry and barely willing to acknowledge you let alone assist you. It's extremely aggravating. It feels like an entirely different world whenever you go into a UPS store anymore. Edited to say it's not just this time of year as the management and/or franchise owner(s) will respond. It's been like this since we started going to this location next to Publix in October 2021. It's not gotten better or worse, just consistently unfriendly for the past year +. The location we used in Herriman Utah was the same way. We've been using the UPS drivers and paying for the pick up just to avoid going to the UPS stores. Also, one of my Amazon returns has gone missing from this specific location and I've been charged for it by Amazon. This UPS store is ZERO help with that.

    We hesitate to write this review because Jonathan, the owner, is a nice fellow. We have shipped…read moremore than 100 car parts through this store without incident, including numerous transmissions. We have left positive reviews for this UPS Store in the past. But..... On Friday, January 26, 2024, we brought two expensive MG overdrive transmissions for this UPS Store to pack. Both transmissions were shipped via UPS to Wisconsin and South Carolina, respectively. Both transmissions were damaged. We filed a claim with our insurer, who denied the claim on the basis that the transmissions were not adequately packed. This time around, this UPS Store packed at least one of these transmissions, which weigh 105 pounds, in a box with a gross load limit of 65 pounds (!) with inadequate packing material inside. There are several new people at this store; perhaps this is the explanation for the poor job they did. We left the paperwork (which included photos of the obliterated package, our receipt for the packages from this UPS Store, and the letter from our insurer denying our claim) with the UPS Store for Jonathan four days ago and asked him to call us. Their liability for this damage is clear as a matter of law - we have checked with our lawyers. Jonathan has not called us to discuss this matter as we requested. We read the complaints about his store on social media, and saw that he was very responsive to those complaints - hence, this review. There is a window to take care of this matter outside of court in Wisconsin and South Carolina, but that window is rapidly closing. Jonathan, we hope you read this review and contact us ASAP. We will gladly remove this review should you resolve this matter properly. UPDATE: Jonathan B. Boothe, the owner, has not contacted us despite our many attempts to communicate with him. We have turned this matter over to our lawyer to sue the store and its owners. Very sad to have such an unresponsive and uncaring proprietor. We are extremely disappointed in Jonathan and will not be using any of his UPS Stores in Savannah. We've attached photos of the transmission as it arrived so that the world can see what a piss poor job this store - which actually advertises its ability to handle packages like this - did packing this transmission. Absolutely pathetic. Buyer beware.
