It rare to get fast friendly speedy service where you feel you are the priority but when I do, I truly appreciate it. We stopped by this location on the way to the Tanger Outlet and we were so glad we did. When the staff saw us they immediately stopped his work and his conversation with another employee and helped us. He was courtesy and fast. I was literally in there maybe one minute. And he was happy to help. I only wish my local UPS store was half that good! read more

Find another UPS store. One day they're open the next day they're closed. They do not stay true to the hours that they claim they're open online. Sometimes they don't open on time, close early or just don't open at all. This usually stems from poor management and lazy employees. read more

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever heard. I am not being rude, but I don't know how else to describe the person I'm referring to....It was a transgender male to female working the register and from the time I walked in the store the person had the WORST attitude. This was Thursday afternoon. Around 1:30. Long dirty blond hair and a beard. I asked the person to help me with something and was told to email. And when I did the person said "What am I supposed to do with this? I can't do anything with what you sent me" and instead of trying to help me he moved on to the next person instead of giving me the correct instructions so I ended up walking out. Recently, I visited this UPS location to make copies for a church service.The copies needed were for a program front, back and doubled sided on one sheet of paper front and back. Really? Patty Neubaum was so helpful. She not only gave me good information but she actually made the copies too. She was patient, professional and kind. She was calm, polite, and efficiently managed not only this long process, but was able to interact with the other employees who needed her occasionally during my transaction. Had to return an item to a vendor. Gave everything to the store. Store sealed the package and confirmed it was out for delivery. Vendor got an empty box. UPS admitted to destroying the package and sending an empty (They said this was standard!) but would not cover the cost of the lost item. We were stuck with the cost of the returned item. We had support for what the item cost and that is all we asked to be refunded to us. Called Store, told to call UPS, called UPS, told to call the store. UPS claimed we didn't acknowledge enough insurance. *UPS admitted to destroying the package... so the "insurance" is now extortion? If I say give me $20 and if I hit your car I cover it, but if you don't give me $20 and I hit your car it's on you? In short if you like to gamble with your packages go for it. They will take no accountability for their errors and in turn blame you for trusting them with it... while still not refunding you your lost money. read more

Was there last week getting help making a deposit with their service for USAA. All I can say was the staff was one of the nicest I have ever met and the store manager Traci was just the nicest lady to my children and myself. Offering things for the to draw with and just very pleasant to be around. While i watched her service to the customers never fell short of A+, she literally had such a nice demeanor to her she brightened my kids and my day. Have to say if all business had employees and a Manager like Traci, they would never have a problem with business. If I could give no stars I would. I needed to ship 4 tires. I'd already had them weighed and quoted $246. I drag them, one at a time from the back of the parking lot all the way up. No one offers to help me lift them onto the scale. Then, I'm told it's over $400! With boxes it was $496. The manager says, there's no way we can ship them for $246. Absolutely horrible experience! Other people were coming in and asking for help and they were just pointing to computers. Really? How about step out from behind the counter, assist someone and stop changing prices. We had a prepaid 2-day express mail label to send some paperwork back to our bosses and they said we had to pay for the box, but they would give my husband a "discount" and charged him $6 for an express box that is supposed to be free. What a ripoff. They said that if we had sent it USPS it would have been a free box, but this is a UPS store! read more
