    The customer service was great! Super friendly staff. My package arrived safely and was packed well by the UPS Store! I recommend them.

Life was pretty busy for me at that time and I came to Patrick and the UPS Store for last-minute help. With only a basic idea from me, Patrick improved my design and had the finished product in my hand in less than a week. This is just the kind of local business and business owner we should all support.

I don't know what it is about the UPS Store lately, including this location but the employees are all so angry and barely willing to acknowledge you let alone assist you. It's extremely aggravating. It feels like an entirely different world whenever you go into a UPS store anymore. Edited to say it's not just this time of year as the management and/or franchise owner(s) will respond. It's been like this since we started going to this location next to Publix in October 2021. It's not gotten better or worse, just consistently unfriendly for the past year +. The location we used in Herriman Utah was the same way. We've been using the UPS drivers and paying for the pick up just to avoid going to the UPS stores. Also, one of my Amazon returns has gone missing from this specific location and I've been charged for it by Amazon. This UPS store is ZERO help with that.

I wasn't greeted, she took a call, finished it, and still didn't greet me. Since there were clothes already on the station I took mine over to the clear area. Once she finally acknowledged me, and I expressed my need, she said "you need it bring those over here if you want them dry cleaned" with the rudest attitude. When I asked about the employer discount program, the attitude only went up from there. She honestly tried to make me use my discount on my next visit, which is absurd. All because she didn't want to key in the times under the discount...hopefully the actual service rendered is better than the customer service, or lack there of, that I was given.

When i got them back, they charged me about $3 which i thought was crazy cheap! So i figured it would be worth taking my stuff here again to have them washed and folded. So this time i brought 2 or 3 X the amount, but it still wasn't very much stuff. When i came to pick the items up, it was $39 this time! which as you can imagine was a shock! So it turned out that they had obviously undercharged me the first time. However, when i looked in my bag of clean clothes, i found some random pair of child's underwear in with my stuff!!! That is pretty much the only thing you hope won't happen when you take your clothes to be professionally laundered! At this point, i had to check the rest of my clothing to make sure it was all mine. They told me to come back the next day to speak to the manager. Did I mention, they don't actually clean the clothes onsite, they send them to their other facility downtown. But they also don't have scales, so you can't ask them to recheck the weight of the items in front of you! So basically they can just charge you whatever they want. When i returned, they offered me just $5 off for having someone else's underwear in with my stuff, i asked for something a bit more or i would never be returning. The manager then said she would discuss it and they would call me to resolve it.... Which was well over 2 weeks ago now and no phone call. Very unprofessional, way overpriced and will never be returning to this dry cleaners. I want to make sure that everyone knows to stay away from this place.

Several items still smelled heavily like smoke, stains were still visible, and the clothes honestly looked like they were only pressed instead of actually cleaned. What makes it even worse is that I brought the issue to their attention and sent the clothing back for a redo, expecting them to correct the problem. Instead, the items came back in the exact same condition still smelling like smoke, still stained, and still dirty. For the amount I paid, I expected professional cleaning and better customer service. I trusted this business with my clothes and feel completely let down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone.

We were told that my wedding dress would be finished on time, we clarified this several times and even offered to pay more if it would rush it. The only alteration that needed to be done was add a hook to the top of the zipper and dry clean it, otherwise, it was COMPLETELY done. When we called to check in on it a few days later, as we had heard nothing, He told me that it had been shipped out to Richmond Hill- I was not told it was going to a completely different facility- and since it's 5pm there's "nothing he can do" (we were calling them all day to check on the dress, no answer). So, now I have no wedding dress the night before my wedding. Zero Urgency from the man we were dealing with, he did not seem to care in the slightest, didn't offer any type of discount or even an apology. Instead, he pointed and raised his voice at me and my fiancé, who had been more than understanding. Neither of us raised our voice or were even rude, I explained several times that we get people make mistakes but we should have been made aware the moment they knew they wouldn't get to it so we would be able to adjust, rather than coming in the morning of my wedding to be yelled at. He told us he "went out of his way to get this done for us" when it was really just fixing their mistake. Not to mention- I paid thirty dollars to add a clip to the top of the zipper because I was desperate. They had the dress for 5 days. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
