We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. I also recommended them to a start business looking to expand their brand.

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
