They charged me for a "free" estimate that I never received. Claimed I okayed a total out on my car that insurance hadn't even gotten a chance to look at. When I realized what they were up to I immediately called for a tow truck to get my vehicle. They wouldn't release it to him claiming I owed them $457. $250 of which is written on the receipt as a third party tow. I have camera footage of a big yellow 3R tow truck coming to take my vehicle for a "free" estimate. What really happened was they got mad they weren't going to screw the insurance out of bogus claims of expensive repairs, and since they couldn't get the claim number from me, tried to say they could only accept cash, wouldn't take over the phone payments, etc . Everything to make it hard for me. Forwarded calls, got hung up on several times by Diana. This place is horrible. Unscrupulous behavior. I will never take my business here again. read more

They put my car on machine to see what was wrong said was starter they charged me 100 for machine I took to another shop because they wanted 287 to put new starter in I had starter.....found out was only my battery think I call the better business bureau not happy at all BEWARE read more

I wouldn't use this shop!!! Brought my Jeep there for a hood and fender paint job. Ended up bringing it back because the whole jeep was oversprayed including the engine. They grounded down brackets on one of the fenders and painted over it hoping I wouldn't notice. (They wouldn't take ownership!) Went back to pickup and as usual owner wasn't there to talk about how they missed getting overspray off entire engine bay. Don't use them if they mess up they won't admit it!!!! As you can see in pictures the last is what they were supposed to look like, but their body man couldn't admin he grinded the brackets on one fender then stopped. read more

My 2011 Honda Odyssey had a tear in the armrest leather. I stopped by and Ruben took a look at it right away. He was so helpful and friendly. I have taken all my cars to Ruben at 3R (Lexus SC400, Audi TT, Mercedes S500, Chevy Uplander) over the period of 6 years. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT work done on each. On each vehicle, he only fixed what was needed and even fixed something minor on my wife's van and didn't charge me as it took him 10 min. Try that somewhere else! Oh, and another time he drove my Lexus back to my house as I was working and his wife came and picked him up after a great 30 min talk about cars and life in general. You will LOVE this guy. I just bought a 2004 Toyota Tacoma (I love cars :) and had him put on an aftermarket hitch and mount/wire up some off-road lights. Fantastic work!! Even took the time to make the wiring under the hood look factory!! Free oil change topped it off! I have always been very impressed with Ruben's customer service and his technical skill. Without any doubt the best workshop in The Woodlands and Houston area. Impecable ethic of work and honesty. I was astonished with the results. They can fix from oldies to super exotic cars. In my case they took my crash car after I felt in the hands of a workshop who owner was as dishonest and liar, he charged the insurance and didn't made any work to my car for 5 months.
