The building itself isn't rundown, but by no means is the building brand new. I expect a mechanic shop to have grit to showcase they actually work and they don't mind getting dirty. I forget, every year, to do my yearly inspection. Surely enough, looking at the blue sticker in my window showcases my forgetfulness. There are a multitude of places in Houston metropolitan area that does this inspection, but I wanted close to home and in & out service. I called these guys and they informed me they had an open slot. I show up and was nicely greeted and was asked if I was the one that called. They took all necessary information and got my vehicle right in and out. I can only gauge them based off the service I needed and the quality of service I was given. If any other work is needed and I utilize them, I'll adjust my rating accordingly.

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate.
