for one or two different name changes over the years. You could imagine why there's a product they sell that I like why else would I keep going back to the same store and buying the same product. I found out today all the employees there quit Blake the only employee that works at the store says it sucks and everybody quit nobody likes working there and their juices are terrible and he is pissed off because he has to keep throwing away coils that he takes for free and tries out these juices. They all suck is what he said. I noticed five empty glass cabinet cases inside the store it's been rearranged. The poor owner is going to fill that with merchandise that's going to cost them capital in which he's going to rely on a guy like Blake the cell to people. Blake has two responses I received the whole time for the most part it was nope. And I got plenty of I don't know. As professional as he could be with his 420 shirt on I recalled my younger days when I traveled with a grateful Dead but we just were cool we didn't have to wear a 420 shirt as for his beard I grew one in Afghanistan when I had to blend in with local haji's. He doesn't care anything about that I think he's part of this new millennial wall culture they don't know how to work. so I asked him there's there's really no way that you know what I'm talking about the juice that I've been getting here for years and he stopped me and he didn't educate me or give me constructive criticism basically telling me it's called salt Nick like a woman asking for blinker fluid for her car. I thought well what an asshole so anyways I didn't say anything I got this really crappy product I don't want I didn't want to pay for it I just wanted to leave the store I thought what the hell happened to this place you know nobody works here and went downhill they got empty Glass cabinets what are they going to sell especially with this guy what's going on I would think that the owner would have enough common sense and I imagine he does. What he needs is well somebody with a worthy ethic plenty of people out there I mean anytime I worked at any job I wanted to make the customer happy. According to him yeah everybody quit his job sucks he doesn't know anything he knows how to work the register he can take your money don't worry about that but as far as everything else nope. Nope his favorite word I don't know how they're going to have success in the future. Yeah I got a really crappy juice that he forced on me see I had the bottle of juice in my pocket that they sold me last and I handed to him and I said maybe if you can smell it you can match it up I it's the writing of an employee that I guess worked here and it says exactly what it is you can't match that up? You know what he said next nope. I advertise for these people for free with a bumper sticker on my car I wore pins on my hat that they handed out. How foolish for me. This last time I answer that store. There's plenty of other stores in town that will want my business I was the only person in the store by the way it's not like there was a line of people nobody was in the store. I suppose he got himself a easy job and as a stupid millennial with a 420 shirt on singling everybody hey look at me I smoke pot like that hasn't been going on for 60 years anyway yeah buddy you're the first whatever anyways there might not be much hope for America after seeing Blake cuz I think he was at his finest today and that's the best he can actually do imagine if he had to change a flat tire or fight the Taliban you're doing anything? Shit my juice is even wrong it's not even what I told him I wanted he screwed that up I was about ready to blow up but I didn't I gave him a $10 bill he gave me a price and then for some reason he changed the price it was actually less I don't know if he took off points from last time whatever the case may be I don't really care cuz you know I'm not going to ever shop there again and that's too bad it really is sad because that was a place that I thought had the best juice but I can't buy it there anymore and I can order it online I know what it's called MLB and they called it m-type. He said are you sure it's not our type. Our type or R-type? I quickly wondered but I knew that this would be way too confusing for a mine like Blake's to comprehend so I didn't want to indulge because either way it wasn't the letter the product's name was m type like I said to him. Sometimes listening to your customers and sometimes you can't fulfill their needs and you have to politely figure out a way so maybe not say no I found ways to say well how are we going to do this or you know I'm sorry but it's not possible at this time things like that not nope. Yeah I would be scaling back and investing any money if you have one employee like that and if this is not the case then let's say he wasn't trained enough or he made mistake. I never leave reviews, but after my experience there I had to. I'm new to vaping and the staff very helpful. They took the time to walk me through all of the equipment and get me set up. The juice is priced amazing, and I was able to get a variety of flavors to get me started. Every single flavor I chose is amazing. I can't wait until I need more to try a different flavor. When I was there I met the owner. He's kind of a d-bag but a good d-bag, not super doosh but close. Tattoos, long hair....looks like he should be in the alley next to the building not inside it. I can understand the frustration with Vape Connexion in the past. Ive been going there for over a year and honestly at the start, the service wasn't great. In the last 6 months though, they have been excellent. Best prices in town for liquid and the staff has really done a 180. I left a bad google review also, and have since changed it. This headshop/vape shop is HUGE, I had no idea you could find some of this stuff in Sioux Falls. Tons of wraps (King Palm!!), fun shaped pipes, hookahs (nostalgia), rigs and quite a few vapes.
