I've been a member of three Orange Theories as I've moved to different states in the last few…read moreyears. Love the workout, always felt like I was a community member, not just a customer. Until I had to leave due to a health issue, and couldn't work out anymore. This was very difficult as a lifelong fitness buff. I informed Hazel Dell Orange Theory that I'd need to cancel my membership starting in October, and they charged me $161 anyway, even though I would not be able to use the membership. The guy at the front desk was cold and matter-of-fact stating a policy instead of being gracious. I understand policies are important guidelines. But sometimes the human being involved is more important. Having to stop working out was hard enough - seeing a $161 charge when I told them I couldn't use it, was salt in the wound. If you're going to sign up at an Orange Theory, know that other locations will care more about you, and you can work out at any location. So sign up somewhere else instead of Hazel Dell.

The class itself is actually really good too! I don't think it was the most intense class that I've had but it was very very varied and diverse in the exercises we did. There was a abs section and a arms section and legs too! The showers are nice too! I would come back for Sure!

Every time I leave feeling stronger, more peaceful, and better equipped to tackle what may come in this crazy life. No matter your level of fitness, they work with you to customize the workout to ensure you are getting what you need. The staff is always upbeat, helpful, and friendly. The retail items are fresh and fun. While it is expensive, the overall benefits outweigh the cost, although I do try to keep an eye out for promotions and deals.

We homeschooled during this season and that worked very well for her to do laps, while I took the smaller ones to the open swim. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we came across some interesting characters who both were guests and some staff. I would say overall we enjoyed our time here, but I don't know if we would rejoin.

Racist environment! They don't respect Hispanic dancers!! Managers are unable to equitably mitigate…read morescheduling errors and will opt to let the white group stay and let Hispanic dancer leaves in tears. They also allow group leaders to treat paying members in a rude faction sort of like they are entitled. Also, when you point out on the phone that they mishandled the scheduling error, and you make the comment so much for equity and inclusion they hang up on you. Isn't that just how it is when you point out the inequity, they shut you down. So much for fairness and justice for the individual.
