After doing extensive research and being very particular about how I wanted the end result to be on my new fence, I cannot even say that 5 stars would be enough to rate 3T Fence! My husband did the initial search of fence vendors and narrowed it down for me. 3T Fence was the one for me. I spoke with both Leah and Ronnie, the owners of the company and from start to finish, their primary focus was to make sure I (and my husband) were happy. They scheduled the job to accommodate our schedule. There was no pressure whatsoever to choose one product over another and despite my being excited to have a complete package (solar caps on my posts), Ronnie actually advised me to wait until the fence was up and I was certain on how many posts I wanted to have the lights on and by doing so, this helped to avoid extra un-needed costs. The job took 2.5 days to complete and I am EXTREMELY happy with my new fence and gate! The crew sent out were tidy, polite, thorough and extremely courteous! Leah was kind and patient to answer every call I made to answer every question I had prior to the project being started. Ronnie too was the same and even provided sample after sample until I settled on one. I still have the solar caps to purchase now that the fence is up but I have no concern that Ronnie wouldn't help me get those up as well. It was important for me to see before and after photos of their work and Ronnie had no issues in doing that. Since pictures do a far better job showing just how well the end result turned out, I'm going to post before and after photos. My neighbor had them come by to quote replacing the last 1/3 section of wooden fence around my yard with vinyl. When they came by to do the quote the only requirement was they match the existing fence (who wouldn't want to match what they had, the other sections were replaced within the last 3 years). I was told no problem what so ever. Durning the install everything looks fine until the posts are already cemented into the ground and they start assembly (from the middle which is why I didn't notice right away). The new fence is several inches taller than my existing fence. This required unnecessary posts to be placed immediately next to my existing posts and everything being uneven from the existing fence line. I asked the installers when I noticed the issue to contact whomever did the quote why it didn't match. I was told (a fabricated story) that the manufacturer no longer makes my size fence (you just cut plastic to length, it's not a complicated process) and it would require a custom order. I just told him I wish I would have been told this before work began if they knew beforehand. 4 days later I was called to settle the invoice. When I told the woman that called about my issue, she was not concerned, said well that's interesting, then proceeded to say she was ready for my credit card number. If you have a job starting from scratch you might be ok, just please measure things for yourselves and don't trust their numbers. It's just unfortunate, now I have to explain the eyesore to everyone who comes by and asks. read more

Prices are reasonable. They work fast, but don't necessarily pick up or watch what they do to plants or sprinklers and they didn't pay for repairs on busted sprinkler lines. Let's see how long the fence holds up. read more

I have to give credit to Ronnie and his team for the excellent job they did from quoting to completion of my fence project. This was the most satisfying experience I've had with a contractor in this area. I contacted Ronnie a few months ago for a quote. We scheduled and appointment for three weeks later because he was that booked up. He showed up on time, took measurements and emailed me a quote a day later. I took a while to make a decision on what company I wanted to go with but in the end I came back to 3T Fence due to their level of communication which I wasn't getting from anyone else. I spoke to my neighbors who would be sharing the cost. it took us a while to agree on the fence color and material but we all immediately agreed on this company. I'm sure 3T's office team got tired of the many times we changed our minds but they were super patient and ensured everyone was on the same page. The install took two days. I noticed that one of the fence panels towards the back was high. I called The office and sent them pictures. Ronnie came out to see it himself and quickly recognized what his team had done. Nate and Ray knocked it out of the park! Ripped out the old wood fence and 100% complete in two days. This is the second time we used 3T to finish out switching our old wood fences to vinyl. Communication is great, even during this time of supply chain issues. I just have to leave a review so others can be aware. Be home and supervise when they are doing your fence. We learned the hard way, but we were really hoping we did not have to supervise professionals, but we learned a very EXPENSIVE lesson. They were late starting our project. We were given one date and then had to change it to another date, which we did not mind. But it was due to start on a Monday, they ended up starting on Wednesday a little after 11, and then came back on Thursday, again a little after 11. Since they started so late, they did not get to finish it on time and they had to come back on Friday and then again on Saturday and they were in such a rush to finish it Saturday is when the mistakes happened :( When they are digging the trenches for fence and posts, be sure to watch them. They broke more than a few sprinklers between ours and our neighbors. Sad part is that the neighbor called them out on breaking his because he was able to be home while it was getting done, and they told him they did not break anything. 3T did step up and sent someone out to fix them. They also broke a couple of ours as we were not at home to supervise :( They did fix one and there was still a problem. They sent their guy out again, and he said it was our valve. Funny thing, they all worked before they started digging. Come to find out, we found the problem, it was another broken sprinkler line, it was so close to the post, that when they poured the cement for the post, it got in the sprinkler line :( We had to have someone else come out and take a look at all the sprinkler lines and heads and inspect them. And they found cement in one of the heads :( I normally do not like to leave reviews if it is not good. I felt it was important to let people beware and to supervise! They kept saying...per contract....we were told the lines had to be marked or visible and the ones they broke of ours were 100 times visible as they are above ground sprinkler heads. Couldn't miss seeing them. As for the fence it is nice. We love it. As for service, if they didn't rush, I don't think this would have been the outcome. read more

After receiving several ridiculous quotes from other businesses to install two metal framed vinyl gates with a 15' opening, we chose 3T based on their vinyl fencing and overall awesome price point. Ron worked me into his schedule in order to help me out with a pending city pre-plaster inspection apart of a in ground pool I'm having built. We couldn't get the inspection without the gates and thus couldn't start our mini pebble install, which would have delayed our pool completion date. The delay would have caused me and my family some frustration as we are planning one of our kids birthday parties for the "grand opening" of our pool. In short I would have been in trouble with my lovely wife and I don't like being in trouble even though I get into trouble more often than I'd like to. I really wanted to love the work that was done, and based on the reviews I thought I was in good hands. Here's the good things: 1. Pricing was in line with other companies 2. The installers were friendly 3. They kept their install date Here's the not so good things: 1. The install started before I even arrived home at my property. Thank goodness my dog was at the groomer that day. 2. One part of the fence was incorrectly cut so you can see a gap ( this is in the MIDDLE of a fence not on an edge). Its definitely not attractive for the price. 3. They installed my gate opposite of previous gate even though they asked me during the install how i wanted it 4. The hardware is white even though i asked the guy who gave me the quote if it came with black hardware, he said it wouldn't be a problem 5. ***the worst part*** I asked if the vinyl fencing would be cemented in. RONNIE told me yes. During the install I asked the installer and he said no, it wasnt necessary. WTF?! Sadly, I am disappointed and I paid in full.
