We found Julian online, and from the start he was professional, knowledgeable, and confident in how to fix the situation. He came by, explained how he could remove the damaged flooring and would install everything correctly, and gave us a reasonable timeline and rate. We decided to move forward with him, and we are so glad we did. Julian and his two crew members were outstanding. They were always on time, incredibly respectful of our home, and as clean and careful as possible throughout the project. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Julian also kept us updated throughout the process by sending photos and videos along the way, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and helped us see the progress being made. He also went above and beyond when we asked to add extra work to the job, including tiling our fireplace and removing a built-in bookshelf. Not only did they handle those tasks beautifully, but they patched the wall and ceiling so well that you would never even know the bookshelf had been there. Julian also installed the flooring on our stairs and made a few recommendations about the flooring pattern that ended up making a huge difference in the final look. His experience and eye for detail gave us a much better result than we even expected.
