We have never been disappointed except for when we're craving it and she's not open! Tonight we had shrimp & grits, catfish dinner, fried bologna sandwich and the fried okra. The grits are nice & cheesy, topped with shrimp, sausage, onions, bell peppers and a lil bit of bbq sauce. It's very filling so expect to have some leftover for later or share with someone! The fried bologna sandwich also has a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and cheese on it. Bologna isn't for everyone but if you're a fan I definitely recommend this sandwich. It's like the ultimate breakfast sandwich only we had it for dinner lol. And the catfish meal...no skimping here! The pieces of catfish are generous and delicious! Comes with fries sprinkled with what tastes like bay seasoning. We love her catfish - best in Vancouver for sure! Finally, fried okra. We always get this too. Always cooked perfectly and just fun little fried nuggets of goodness. This food truck is open on weekdays usually just till 6:30 so get there early. See, i can deal with bad attitude with good food but for your attitude to be bad and a burger shit, that's a bad combination. Here's the thing, it's seven dollars for a single Smashburger. That's about 2.5 ounces of ground beef. The meat quality isn't very great, but I'm not gonna completely smash this place ( no pun intended), I do believe that some other people may find it good... I just did not. Maybe it was a bad day... i'll consider trying it again once more, but if it fails on the next reveal, we will confirm that this is a bust.

Note, there isn't much parking or places to sit to eat. We met Rome (owner of the food truck) and he had such a positive and passionate attitude as he described his dishes to try out. We went with the food sampler and a side of tacos. The food sampler included ribs, pulled pork, and a sausage link. Just top off the dishes per his suggestion as it adds a lot flavor and texture to the meats! The ribs were tasty and fell off the bones. Pulled pork and link was good too. He did also note that Saturdays has some specials happening. You get a Texas beef rib and possibly of getting his mac n cheese. With opening st noon, he noted he typically runs out around 2 PM. Note, each Saturday he does do a special side dish and if there is something you're interested in, you can call/text him on Wednesday for him to give it a shot to make the dish for Saturday purchase. Definitely would go back to try a Saturday meal!

Not sure why I didn't leave a review before, but here you go. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, takes visa, friendly... We have done up asada fries/chips, burritos of all kinds, taco's of all kinds, and have always received great food and decent price. I bought a pile of breakfast burritos to the crew at work and they all wanted to know where they came from. That doesn't happen very often with my guys. The only part that isn't good is if you don't order ahead it takes a while to get your food as its cooked fresh. The juice is worth the squeeze for us though. I usually time it when I am filling up the work truck or just call ahead. Watch the bee's at the outdoor tables when the weather is nice!!! This is a 4.25 start rating from our family. One of the better food trucks we have tried and have recommended to others.
