They also didn't offer cocktail sauce, which is something I personally enjoy with fish and chips. Those are personal preferences, but they're worth mentioning for anyone considering that dish. On the positive side, the sushi, steak, and salads received good reviews from everyone at the table, and the desserts were an excellent way to finish the meal. During my most recent visit, we asked for two waters and two portions of wasabi, but only one water and one portion of wasabi were brought to our table. It often feels like our requests are not being heard. Food and additional items frequently arrive very late, sometimes when we are already preparing to leave. The server was slow, inattentive, and did not seem focused on our table. Good food cannot make up for poor service. I hope management addresses these issues and improves the overall customer experience.
