No one likes hot lettuce. It's gross. Once you do that, you get their fresh pico de gallo, cilantro, beans, cheese, sour cream, and your meat of choice. Go with the chicken, I promise you will not regret it. I've eaten at this truck a few times now and it never disappoints. Super moist and flavorful, just melts in your mouth. I went for lunch and had to wait 20 minutes for my food, so definitely pack your patience if there's a line. Well worth it though! Also props to them for rockin the Mexican Coca Cola.
