Instead of listening, she continuously interrupted, talking over me at every opportunity. It was as if she was more concerned with hearing themselves speak than actually addressing the issue at hand. When I did manage to get a word in, it was either dismissed or met with condescension. The lack of basic communication skills and respect made this interaction not only unpleasant but completely unproductive.
