Very welcoming environment and great staff. Bring sandals as they do not allow shoes in the studio or massage rooms. All the staff is super professional. They have timely responses to questions via email, phone, or insta. The space is decorated beautifully, the massage room is spotless and cozy, and the massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. After the session I was relieved of the stiffness and experienced less pain. Christine and Josh are great. I highly recommend you become a member to save money and to ensure they can fit you in. Christine a Rose is an amazing massage therapist and an incredibly inspirational human being! I've known her for over 10 years, her calming voice and positive personality makes massage sessions super relaxing. She is very thorough and ensured I was comfortable with the pressure of her hands. Also, she played mellow instrumental music, which further created a calm atmosphere. I left feeling lighter because my shoulder soreness was alleviated and a ton of tension was released from my head to my toes. Christine is a totally empathetic and down-to-earth professional. My first visit to 4 Corners Yoga and Wellness for a massage was very good. Tiffany was professional, knowledgeable and made my experience relaxing and I left feeling so much better. The salon had street parking and was easy to find. I enjoyed the heated bed on a cold morning. We discussed areas I had pain and needed easier pressure points as well as areas I needed more attention to prior to the massage starting. They pay close attention to your individual needs. Today was my first time visiting 4 corners yoga+ wellness studio. 1)The studio is very clean, nice aroma and the staff are extremely friendly 2)The online process of signing up for a class is very straight forwards and easy. 3) parking was very easy, i found parking on a side street, but studio is easily accessible in public transportation. There's a bus stop right up front(bus 23) Two things that are out of the control of the yoga studio. 1) Since yesterday was a very warm day in Boston there was a lot of outdoor noises. Like cars, motorcycles & loud music 2) seems like there's apartments right above of the studio, meaning loud music was projecting right above luckily it didn't last the whole duration of the class. Not saying these were deal breakers, but they are all things to be aware of depending on how you approach your yoga practice. At times it was a bit distracting, but David definitely made up for it. He was a really good instructor with cool, new forms and shapes to try. I will definitely be back and try different classes and instructors. Also i love love the art work. I came here a bit ago to get a massage and completely forgot to write a review. I came and got a massage from tiffanie who was one of the nicest people i have ever met, she greeted me with a smile and was a pleasure to be around. The massage was fantastic! I have a lot of tension n my back and lower back because I workout and it was nice to get the 90 minute hot rock massage to calm my body down/loosen up. Honestly, the hot rocks were a nice touch but you can probably just do the 60 minute deep tissue if you need a good massage. The prices weren't outrageous but still a bit pricey because anything good for you costs money, but they offer a multitude of discounts to local people in the area. Ask you might qualify! They have aboard with yoga classes, prices, and walk in hours that i might actually try out. Going to go back for a massage soon though. Come here!!!! read more

I love this place! I've had great massages with Christine and Tiffany (and my husband really likes Shay). Sharon is my second favorite yoga teacher ever, she's really good. (My favorite is a tattooed ex-ballerina in Nashville, so it is not a fair comparison). Sharon was trained by an Ashtanga studio, and I feel that influence in her practice. My partner and I wanted to treat ourselves due to vacation plans being cancelled. We often do 4 corners yoga in the park series so we decided to come to the facility and try their massage services. The staff was very accommodating and followed prevention guidelines for COVID. The evening before our appointment we were screened over the phone. Upon arriving we removed our shoes and placed in cubby and washed hands and completed client paperwork. Masks are required to stay on during massage but was not an issue. Josh was a fantastic masseuse and we left feeling like melted butter! We also got to use the yelp check-in offer for couple's massage. Love it here! Everyone I've met has been so kind. Although I'm a new member, I can tell the experienced members greet each other like family. I felt so welcomed and loved the vibe from the minute I walked in. You can rent mats, use blocks and other props if you don't have them already. They have cubbies for your belongings and bathrooms as well. Plenty of street parking too, which I was worried about. I met the co-founder Christine the first night I came in and she was very friendly. She answered some questions I had, but I didn't feel any pressure to sign up at all. The studio does not have a mirror at the front of the room, which I've never experienced before, but I loved because I found it helped keep me centered in practice. I've been to two yoga classes so far, one with Lisa and one with Sharon, and they were both wonderful. Your first class is free, which is great. The second class I went to was a Saturday morning community class ($5), which had such a powerful, great energy! I'm signing up for the 10 for $10 pass before committing to the 1 month unlimited, which I'd love to do next. I would absolutely recommend for a new or experienced yogi! read more

This is a wonderful place to attend yoga classes. Every teacher I've encountered here is unique, compassionate and kind. After taking 4 classes, I already feel a difference - I'm much calmer and happier. Great discount for new people here. The studio is clean, large and inviting. No mat rental fees. Christine is wonderful! She is a great massage therapist who has a giving spirit who also keeps herself healthy. She is passionate about movement and knowledgeable about the body. I am not a yogi, but I like how 4 Corners Yoga + Wellness is situated and structured in a way that is accessible for neighbors. Classes are affordable, teachers & clients are mostly people of color-- which feels comfortable for me. What is additionally admirable is that the website states that the teachers have education in traumas such as poverty and racism. I find that most businesses and organizations don't explicitly or even recognize that these inequities are a very real part of why people struggle with reaching wellness. read more

I had the best yoga session today! 9/4/17. It was my first time and the class was FREE!! They're currently offering your first class with them for free, and they also have $5 community classes, and affordable package deals. Leo was the instructor and I was actually the only person in the class, maybe because it was Labor Day. He was very helpful with guiding me to breathing deeper and he was able to specialize the class to focus on my areas of need. It's great to finally have services like this in the 4 Corners area!!! I had a 60 minute massage with Christine today, it was Phenomenal... The setting was clean, peaceful and relaxing. She was attentive to my needs, as she transitioned to new positions, they were explained and gently introduced. After standing and cooking for hours on Thanksgiving, I walked in with tremendous back and neck stress and walked out with great relieve. I will definitely be back on a regular basis.
