They were also very pleasant in-person (thank you, Laura & Leyla!). The facility itself was warm & welcoming. Our team used the Cedar room where unlimited chart paper was cleverly pinned on the wall. The AV accommodations were also inclusive as they provided video conferencing and cords/attachments for different devices. They also provided us with coffee and water--with the ease of catering/dashing food as needed. Overall, 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back next time we're in town!

The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. She guided our selections of fries, fish tacos, salmon mousse, and tuna poke bites and frequently checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. Amber was also very professional and polite when she cleared plates and dropped off the drinks and food. Speaking of the food, every dish had great presentation. I wouldn't say the taste was out of the world but everything was still good and worth the price. The two hours we spent there flew by and by the time we decided to wrap up, all three of us were commenting on the great service (which led me to write this review). As a final gesture of hospitality by the restaurant, the hostess let my mom keep the bar purse hook that was given to her to hang her purse. The reviews seemed decent and the views looked beautiful but if you're looking to spend money on a nice evening, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as I would take okay service and great food over okay service and okay (expensive) food.

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash has the best smell. When we stayed last year we had the most adorable bear ottomans in front of the fireplace. I was severely disappointed when we came back this year and there's just a little plain ottoman where the bear used to be. Parking overnight is pricey, but you can see the parking lot from the lobby which is nice. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Get the SLU Discount Card which will get you discounts, buy one/get one or other perks from participating companies in the neighborhood. You can simply ask the business or look up specials on the discovery center's website. I contacted them and requested 500 of these cards which they shipped to me at no cost. I used them to pass out to all of my staff who work in SLU. Great people work here who are happy to answer any questions that you may have. SLU is known for horrid parking and there isn't any at this location. There are paid lots a couple blocks away.

The first club was playing terrible music with a bunch of 21 year olds standing around. The second club is pretty good. Music choice and energy is better. Just had an awkward space layout. VIP tables were not filled to capacity and drinks were pretty expensive. Solid night club but nothing special. Worth getting on the free guest list rather than paying the door fee.
