It is a small space, but they have room in the back for birthday parties and classes. If you are looking for something to do with your kids, taking them here are let them loose on a ceramic mug or tile trivet. It is affordable, you buy the piece, then they let you paint it, and you pay a flat fee to have to fired and pick it up later. There supplies are limited, they carry mostly beading and jewelery supplies, but some paint and some scrap booking stuff. The owner, Jackie, is very sweet and helpful, and so is the rest of the staff.

When the focus is making sure the campers have an awesome experience, it's hard to have a bad time yourself. There's a genuine camaraderie with the staff as we all live and work and spend time off together. Everyone really pitches in to help each other out and boost each other up! The camp director, Maria, made my first time without my children for a week, such a positive experience. I sent four children this summer and one did have a very difficult time with home sickness. The kids go on an overnight campout where they hike through tall grass and then camp outdoors in tall grass - against all Department of Health guidelines. Not recommended. The camp's family handbook contains no tick/Lyme disease information - inexcusable for a camp in a high-risk area. Medical response was slow (6+ hour delay) and medication was mismanaged. Management refused any refund for sessions missed due to the medical condition acquired at their camp. Three families in our group reported similar operational issues with unresponsive counselors. Save your money and choose a camp that prioritizes child safety.
