Their rolled ice cream is INCREDIBLE! Can'f really speak to any other menu items since we ordered ice cream from their food truck instead of the restaurant. All their ice cream was Scooby Doo-themed, so we were really excited to try it. Rolled ice cream was one thing we loved but hadn't found yet in Grand Rapids, so we were really lucky to stumble across 4 One 2 distillery at an event. Highly worth checking out!

My husband and I stopped for tacos. We had the seafood tacos and they were amazing! Lots of great options and the staff were super nice. Highly recommend the mules too. There is also an arcade and rolled ice cream for dessert.

I am highly gluten intolerant and am so happy that I can eat here! Chips and queso are great and so many taco options!!! The drinks are quite tasty

There probably isn't enough characters to describe how awesome this place is. The atmosphere is so inviting. The pinball machines bring me back to the days where I spent all my paper route money (which my dad always had to cover) at the 7 Eleven playing for hours just so I could have high score. Back in that day that was our Social Media. The food I would put up against any other restaurant serving similar dishes. The best, most delicious, filling, and can't stop telling people about menu In awhile. Make the drive! The experience is a 5 Platinum experience like no other. The staff was amazing. The owners are so well engaged with patrons and make you feel like you made the right decision to come. We will definitely make this one of our regular stops when my wife and I go out to dine and spend time together. Heck!, we might even bring the children. You have to try this hotspot off the beaten path. Easy on the wallet. I give this place "One Miiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllion" STARS!

Saw this place on a Facebook restaurant group I'm in. Someone posted about their rolled ice cream. Looked pretty cool / something unique. Even though it was a 25 minute drive, we didn't have a time schedule and figured it would be worth the hike for something original. Found out they also serve food, so took the family out to check it out; killing two birds with one stone as it was dinner time. We didn't really look over the menu before we went; so finding out they had 'Swings' (shrimp wings), I was really intrigued. Ordered 15 of these: 7 Parmesan Garlic, and 8 with this Boom Boom sauce. Waitress told me it was hard to describe; but nothing too spicy and had a little zing to it. I was sold. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, I get these brought out to me. I thought they were joking at first. Our waitress didn't bring all of our food the first time. Each time that she had to go back for something else, it took another 3-5 minutes. My meal was more of an appetizer in terms of size. I understand shrimp are typically small. But, this was a little over the top. They were really good, mind you - but belong under the apps category. Thankfully, my wife's nachos were pretty big, and she had enough to share, and the chips were pretty good. They had a seasoning on them like I've never had before. It was like a hint of cinnamon. Ice cream was pretty good. I ordered the Berry Peachy (vanilla ice cream, crushed strawberries, peach flavor topped with a Peach Ring candy and fresh strawberries). The texture of the ice cream was definitely different. Add on all the bells and whistles, and this is something truly one of a kind. Although the time we waited was fairly long for our meals, the food overall was good. A bit of a hike to just get up and go...or even just for ice cream. I dunno. I know I can't really shouldn't knock a place for a long wait for food; but I have a feeling this is more of the norm, rather than just a coincidence.

Rolled ice cream!! Stopped in for rolled ice cream on several occasions in July. The staff is super nice! The rolled cream is tasty and it's fun to watch them make it.

Peach cider and we can't remember but it was good

Great, prompt, friendly service. Food was good, so were the drinks. We had a nice time and will visit again.

We kicked things off with an order of the corn queso and chips and I picked three tacos for my meal. There's a lot of seafood options here and 2 out of my 3 choices fell in that category--coconut shrimp, fish and chips, and fajita steak. Of the three my favorite was actually the steak (though I'd call it more of a short rib maybe?) though all three were great. The coconut shrimp had a bit more of a kick to it than I was expecting but it was still excellent. I also LOVED the corn queso and definitely ate more than my fair share. They've got a few beer options, cocktails, beer, and a couple of NA options outside of soda including a delicious lavender lemonade and a watermelon lime slushie. I'm not the biggest fan of watermelon but it sounded refreshing so I went with that as my beverage and it was really, really, good. If you're ready to party you can add a shot of liquor to it to give it a little more sauce. Ordering is fairly straightforward. Order all your food and drinks at the counter, wait for your drinks, then grab a seat and wait for your food which they'll bring out to you. FYI the indoor seating is currently not air-conditioned so keep that in mind when you grab a seat if it's hot out. And DEFINITELY keep it in mind when the tip screen comes up at the register. They have a note saying tips are optional as they pay the staff accordingly but it was in the 90s when we were here and I can't imagine how hard it was working through that. So we definitely left a few bucks as a thank you.

Fairly open space and large and lots of room. Felt bad for our server because she was the only one until reinforcements came at. I think it was 5 o'clock for evening rush and there were a lot of extra helpers by that point so things were a little slow before then but understandably. The the servers were all at least friendly and accommodating. Food was all right. I got the nachos and it wasn't as appealing as the picture on the menu, the cut chicken was good. The salsa I will say was amazing and they were kind and getting me more upon request I think it might be willies or just another more fresh salsa, but the nachos were kind of lacking some layers and we're a little skim on the toppings, if you follow me, you know I get nachos everywhere and unfortunately, these were a little lacking but again the salsa really saved it all. Kids liked the chicken tenders and my wife's burger was good. The burgers are what they're more so known for I believe. Next time we're in the area we may venture and try another spot but not saying this wouldn't keep us from coming back but just exploring options.

We just love this place!…read more We drive from the Kalamazoo area for this experience after being hooked by the Richland location that has been closed for remodeling for a while. Of course, as with any great Mexican restaurant, you are greeted with delicious chips and salsa shortly after being seated - pure Mex has some of the best!! They'll refill at your request! Also ask for some of the house hot sauce as that only elevates the flavors! We have honestly loved everything we've tried from Pure Mex, and that is much of their menu, but some of our favs are the queso fundido, the Anaheim tacos, the fish tacos, Choripollo, and Arroz con with whichever protein you love most, or a combo of them all!! :) And of course, the MARGARITAS!!! So fresh and so good, every single time! The service at Pure Mex is always friendly and usually very fast!! The atmosphere is clean, open, and feels trendy! We love the side of the dining room that is screened in, where the windows can lift and let the fresh air flow! Give this place a try, from someone whose absolute favorite cuisine is Mexican, I think it's very unlikely that you'll be disappointed! :)

The chicken enchiladas dinner was devoured quickly! The highlight was a signature pork dish with fried plantains! Amazing! It came with tortillas avacado and rice and beans. I've never seen anything like it on a menu before. I told the manager that this is the best Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at!! We finished with churros and leche cake! Our server Emma was sweet and friendly. I can't wait to go back.
