I've been a customer here for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I called ahead of time to cancel an appointment, and at no point was I told there would be a $20 cancellation or "no-show" fee. At my next visit, I was charged $78, which appears to include that $20 fee without any explanation beforehand. When I tried to ask about it, the front desk employee didn't address my concern directly and instead told the owner I was already disputing the charge. This was frustrating, especially since I hadn't even been informed what I was being charged for in the first place. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially with long-time customers. Front desk person is rude and everytime I ask them to leave him longer they shave him this time I ask them to leave his hair a little longer because it's winter and she literally scalped him in certain areas. He won't stop itching and licking the areas. We definitely won't be back. read more

Called on a whim and was able to get right in to have my dogs nails clipped. Everyone here is super friendly. Arrived about 15-20 minutes early and they took Susie right in . People here are always take super care when doing her nails. Was done before my actual appointment time. Pricing for a nail clip is $10 . Love going here, so easy. read more

My Bailey is part shitz/snauser we like all of the groomers but Bailey and Rob have a special bond. Rob knows exactly how much hair to take off and he is able to trim his nails. Please DO NOT take your fur babies here!! I took my dog here two times. The first time I specifically requested the groomer to not trim the ears and to leave them as they were. When I picked up my dog, I noticed one ear was rounded and fluffy and the other ear was untouched. I figured I would give them a second chance. This time my dog had two bald spots, a cut in between his toes, an over trimmed toe nail, and so much irritation on his private area. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, now I know this place is not for us. I DO NOT recommend! read more

I don't think you should have to ask for the loyalty program as many times as I have had my dog there it has n vet been mentioned. They need more patience with puppies they are like children they get anxious and wound up and hard to handle. Should never suggest something to calm them down or take to a soggy day care to wear them out. read more

We have been going there for 2 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about our groomer, Rob, and the entire staff. We can always depend on Rob to do an outstanding job grooming Daisy Mae. After seeing Rob, she looks beautiful in her cut, bandana, bows and painted nails. Clean and welcoming facility. Great value. My pup got the princess package with the bath, cut, nail trim and gland expression. Since it was her first trip I added on the GlitterBomb package including smelly spray, nail polish and a bow. All of that was under $50 for my small dog. 4 star first time customer experience. Second visit was an appointment. It took far longer than the first and they didn't bother to call me when they were done. I stopped in and they were still working on her. I left, came back after twice the estimated time of completion and found they started on the next dog without calling. I'm fine if it takes 5 hours but I would have appreciated a heads up since I was juggling and trying to feed and entertain a young child and an infant. I was expecting them to be done as soon as the last time so I was waiting around not able to budget time for going home or getting groceries. Ultimately I was late for another appointment I had that day. I was very disappointed with her cut as well. It seemed like after all that time it was a hack job compared to how well it looked on our first visit. This was a 1 star experience. After going to another groomer, they told me they thought this place abused her because she was scared of things she shouldn't be. read more

One word, wonderful. I have a long hair cat that was very shy. They did an outstanding job to the specifics that i requested, his attitude was such a great change when he got home, he was relaxed and happy. You could just tell he enjoyed the experience. Now its time for another visit. This time his girlfriend will join him. She is shedding something awful though she has short hair. It is just the treat for her. They deserve the special attention. Im thinking of taking my dog too, she has seperation anxiety so i may wait. I highly recommend this facility. Im 35 and have cared for and groomed all my own animals. Over 100 cats, 50 dogs, 20 rabbits, 1pig. Raised chickens, ducks, turkeys, ground hogs and reptiles. I feel my opinion is well credited. Did an awesome job grooming my two dogs. Very nice and friendly staff, however there is one lady who works there (she has dark hair and short) who acts like she is doing you a favor by helping you, I've been in there twice now and she always gives me attitude. These girls are awesome. My shih tzu is VERY difficult to cut as she gets snippy and tries to bite. They have gone above and beyond when Working with her. I have never had a moments problem with the salon taking too long as they simply call me when my dog is ready to be picked up. (Would be silly to just show up to collect my dog assuming she would be done. We've been to several groomers in the past (since we move around a bit) and a 1 star rating for this group is not at all warranted. read more

Ive been to so many groomers and this is the only place Ive stuck with for a couple years now! I first off trust them that they will take good care of my dog while hes there. Then everyones attitude in here is amazing! They remember my dog and know hes anxious when he gets his cut and theyre sensitive to that. His cut is beautiful everytime. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First and last time customer. No one should ever take their pet here. After 3 and half hours of waiting for the call saying my dog was ready to be picked up I finally got a call saying it would be another 2-3 hours before she would be ready. When I was finally able to pick her up my dog was acting very differently. She was very tired, she threw up 3 times and my husband and I noticed a bump on her back side that was the size of a baseball that hadn't been there before. We took her to the vet 2 days later and found out she had in fact been injured. Now there's no way to prove that the people grooming her hit, kicked or did anything like that to her. She may have been spooked and hurt herself. But if she had in fact hurt herself in some way while she was being groomed that should have been communicated to me when I picked her up. I will NEVER take my dog back to this place. read more
