This is my only review I've ever written, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was so refreshing, esp for NYC. Yaron has been on point. I signed a lease just last week, and leading up to the signing he was immediately responsive and honest. As soon as we saw this apt, my girlfriend and I were excited -- we even requested the first application. We filled it out immediately, gathered all of the required documents, and sent it over. In the meantime, a few other applications were requested and distributed (Yaron was honest about this). However, he said if we were all good with our application he would "push us through" and keep us #1. We were ecstatic. Unfortunately, my credit check came back with a minor blemish. I thought we were done for, as Yaron explained it was company policy to request a guarantor in a situation such as this. I was worried that this delay (along with the blemish) would bury our application among the others. Fortunately, I had an available guarantor, and Yaron told us that if we can get the paperwork together, he will still keep us #1 on the list. This was great news, and I was surprised by his flexibility -- many Property Managers and Brokers simply churn out applications, collect fees, and pluck the "richest" applicant from the stack. Not Yaron. WIthin 2 days, he called back, saying he understood the blemish on the credit was minor, and the guarantor information looked great -- he then asked us when we could sing the lease. We were thrilled -- truly shocked that he did in fact have our back all along and he was as honest and reliable as we hoped. Since we signed the lease, he has been extremely helpful in arranging communication between us and the current tenants. There was one last issue: the apt comes fully furnished, and his company owns the furniture in the apartment (which was nice) but we already have a bed we love. Instead of saying we would have to buy out the bed that currently resides in the apt, or store it ourselves if we wished to replace it, he allowed us to give it to a family member. For free! This proved so flexible, helpful, and efficient for our move. read more

I am an international student from Canada, coming to big city like New York and finding an apartment is very difficult. At first I've been looking through listing online, and newspaper and find nothing, and felt hopeless. Then i find 4 points properties online, and I can see they made finding an apartment easier by organize different neighborhoods. So I look up an apartment i like in tribeca so i went to the office and inquire more information, the real estate agent was extremely helpful, after i find the apartment i like, i send in the require documents and got approve, then sign the lease. without 4 points properties i will probably still lost in New York City, and the way they organize the Manhattan with different neighborhoods in the rental search, it was able to help me find an apartment, and plus the apartment is very close to where i go to class. I moved here about two month ago from North Dakota. I had a very specific price point, house and locations. I recently came across a listing that seemed too good to be true on the UES so I immediately reached out to Yaron to view the place. I was able to view the apartment right away and knew I wanted it. Wanted to give an update after we've been moved in for three months now for a more holistic review. Yaron has continued to be amazing, being just as responsive and attentive as he was when we were going through the signing process. Some people might change post lease signing, to "get you in the door," but this is absolutely not the case with Yaron. For example, we had a small leak from the kitchen sink and he immediately had someone come repair it. Anytime we have any questions, Yaron immediately responds within the day. I was recommend by a friend to come to 4 points properties, and the broker was able to help me find the right apartments, search an apartment in New York City is very hard because different neighborhoods have different environment, so the agent was able to help me narrow everything so it was easy for me to choose an apartment. After that i came back because Ive been searching online and couldn't find anything, and we agreed and sign the lease.
