I had a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience with one of the instructors at this driving school. From the moment the lesson began, the instructor was extremely rude and aggressive in his tone. He made the experience very tense, and showed no patience or professionalism. I chose not to say anything during the session in hopes of avoiding further conflict. However, things escalated when the lesson ended. Rather than dropping me off, he began lecturing me based on a note in his system stating I had requested no further cancellations. I calmly pointed out that his issue should be with whoever left that note, not me. At that point, he said he was the "chief" and claimed to own several schools. He showed me his tablet, saying I was "booked at Busy" (whatever that means), and dismissed saying they don't care about reviews. When I said I'd be seeking a refund, he became aggressive. He began shouting, cursing at me, and then shockingly told me to get out of his car. As I was getting out, he used a homophobic slur and when I called out his behaviour, he threatened me with, "I'll bust your face." This experience was beyond unacceptable -- it was abusive. No customer should ever be treated this way, let alone threatened or subjected to slurs. I strongly advise against booking any lessons with this individual or this school until they take accountability for this type of behavior. If this man is truly in charge, it's clear the organization lacks any sense of professionalism or basic human decency. I am scared since this person has my address and details. read more

At first I spoke with molly and she is behind me until I pay 495$ for their platinum package and after paying they are not responding to email/Their app chat/website/messages. I advise you to read the BBB (Better Business Bureau) reviews. 4 seasons has the worst possible BBB rating for a reason. Stay away from this place. Jayme is the owner, the instructor and the sole employee but from the second you talk with him he attempts to make it sound as if his company is much larger and more successful than it actually is. He left my daughter waiting for hours without even a phone call. I gave him 3 chances. Appointment 1: 3:30 appointment and he didn't show up until almost 5pm. He dint even call to say he was running late. Very unprofessional. My relative had their first driving lesson and the instructor was an absolute jerk. Highly unprofessional, late to our house, talking on phone with his gf during the lesson and criticizing my relative's driving and other students he taught that day. Asked my relative if he was being "punked". Tell me how any of that is instructional and how to instill confidence in a young person. Thieves, down right thieves. My son paid for the platinum package, got his first lesson right away, and since then it has been like chasing ghosts. He calls and leaves messages, no call backs. He scheduled his 5 hour course only to have them reschedule it multiple times, and then text him at work at random on a day that wasn't even mentioned to have him take the class by Zoom. I have called and said that they can either refund his money for the hours that he owed on the road and the 5 hour course, or I look into legal action. It looks like I am probably going to have to go the legal route. Enough is enough. This company has shown that they are not a reputable outfit to work with. Edit: If you look at their responses to Google Maps reviews, you can see how unprofessional they are. I don't know the details behind these people's complaints, but I know that if you are trying to run a business, you should try to be polite and tactful with customers. Sometimes, you can't say everything you think. Also, a lot of people have said they didn't get refunds for lessons the instructor didn't show up for, so I am inclined to believe the reviewers. It is also a pet peeve of mine when a professional who tries to be taken seriously has obvious spelling errors. I would love to give this school negative stars. They are ABSOLUTELY the WORST driving school in this area. They should not be allowed to teach people how to drive especially young people who are nervous and lack the confidence. My son got the instructor from HELL and he was the owner Jaimz. Really not a good human. He made fun of him and his other students and made a personal call during a lesson. My son paid him to teach him to drive....not to talk on the phone with his significant other. When we called the next day to complain our calls were not returned and when I finally got through I was screamed at and told several times that my son is a liar. Very unprofessional behavior. The first lesson that I had was great but the second one was a 360-degree turn, the instructor was rude and it felt like he had a really bad day and took it out on me. a couple months back i was recommended to apply to "4 seasons driving school" for driving lessons. at first i thought it was a deal due to their prices but realized the business isn't as good as i thought it was. to begin, it's a hassle to prepare for a lesson. i have to go to email to confirm i want to use my lesson for that day or else they wont teach you. secondly, the driving instructor was very condescending and had very little patience and when i asked for a substitute they had no one available. on top of that, other reviews on google have stated that the driving instructors are rude.with that being said ive asked for a refund just to be told that it will be received in the mail which it never was. to elaborate, there was no one to help me with my refund, ive never received my refund and ive wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to receive one lesson and a rude impatient instructor. do not come here‼ read more

Wow. Where do I begin? I tried contacting the 4 Seasons Auto Driving School non-stop for over a month, and got only one measly phone call in return that led to nowhere. All over the internet I saw amazing reviews for them, and was convinced they were the right school for me--if only they actually bothered to reply. Bought the bronze package to make sure my daughter passes her driving test on the first time, and to teach her how to properly parallel park, etc. I got a very quick response from the company and was able to schedule her first session quickly.
