For years, I have played at Inside Edge and have not found my rhythm due to spinny tee shots and…read moresuper long wedges. It was not only Inside Edge but all of the simulators. I tried to find a place that didn't have a 3800rpm backspin tee shot and yes, Taylor Made fit me with an estimated 2100 rpm spin rate. I decided to give them a try again because I had free sim hours from my tournament play. I have excellent news. I brought in my prgr doppler radar device to check distance and ball speed. The prgr device has been verified to be +-1 mph clubhead and ball speed to a Trackman and to my surprise it was spot on for most of our players. See pics. The upgraded screens and software has closed the gap between ficticious and real golf. We plan on coming back for the multiple screen simSurround. We may have found our new place!

As the most recent review is from 2019, I thought I'd weigh in…read more I've been visiting Inside Edge for several years (less so during the pandemic), trying to improve driver speed. A buddy and me visited several times last December, reserving the closed "Curved Bay" room to limit exposure, but no one is using masks anymore. They have 3 types of bays: 7 standard bays, one with a curved screen in a bigger room, and one wrap-around screen in a separate room. Frankly, I've found that the standard bays are just fine, and are a bit less expensive. The driving range simulation provides a number of stats and allows you to compare and average stats for shots for any club. Of course, the measurements don't seem to always match outdoor reality, but they seem consistent relative to each other. Compared to my portable Garmin monitor, it seems a bit more accurate. You use their balls, which are marked to allow the camera to immediately assess spin. However, there is no replay to visually show you how your clubface actually hit the ball. There are a number of courses you can play from throughout the world, but there are many famous ones that aren't available. Even so, there are enough that I've probably only played 20% of those available. They recently installed a software update that added more courses. The biggest problem I have with indoor simulators centers around depth perception on shorter shots; "feel" doesn't cut it, so you have to learn how far to hit or putt based on distance to the pin. Also, it doesn't appear that this simulator actually reflect a difference hitting from trap or deep rough. Sam manages the facility most weekday mornings, which is when I tend to play as there is an appreciable discount for seniors playing before noon. Sam does a good job in getting everything set up (and then fixing something after I've screwed up by fiddling with the interface). They offer a selection of sports drinks, water and beer, as well as some microwaveable snacks I believe.

The water play area is perfect for little ones -- warm, safe, and sized just right. The staff has always been friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming for families with young kids who are still getting comfortable in the water. The only thing holding this back from a five-star experience is the family area bathrooms. They aren't dirty, but they definitely need more frequent cleaning and restocking during busy toddler swim hours. With so many young families coming through, a little more attention there would make a big difference in comfort and overall impression. Still a solid place to bring the little ones for a fun swim -- just hoping the bathroom upkeep improves to match the rest of the experience. Price is okay for someone that only comes occasionally - but it's a good resource to have if you're local - Try them out!

Most of the classes fill up fast-you need to get on a list a week before usually when you're in class. which can be stressful. The management doesn't seem to care. Plenty of space open in the studios after late morning and wouldn't add classes especially cycle, mix it up and body pump! Pretty sad that management doesn't really care

I made a recent visit there with a few friends. Basically you buy a bucket of balls and GO!. The bottom level was busy when we got there (midday) so we took the stairs to the top level. My girlfriend (who's been a regular in the past) suggested a center spot for a prime location. They have 2 large bulls eye targets to hit at. There are also 2 "wannabe" greens on both sides with flags in each one. If you're looking for a little shorter hitting zone they have 2 smaller targets for chipping. We didn't try the putting green but it seemed crowded and doubt I would make a trip there just for that. A lot of artificial turf and plastic mats to hit from. Overall not a bad experience but felt it could use a little refurbishing in the inside. Prices seemed reasonable. $7.50 for a large bucket and $4.50 for a small one. I got the larger one which lasted me about 45 minutes. Certainly enough time for me to quickly reevaluate my "rusty" swing. They do offer group and private lessons for those who might want to "work" on their games.

Business has tripled over the last three years. Used to sell balls by the bucket, now they only rent out time. Kind of spendy but way nicer than doing this outside. Mats are in good shape, golf app works great and is pretty accurate. I now know each of my golf clubs' carry and total distance. Have short game targets as well as games and 'rounds' you can play. Putting areas are pushed into the corners and not much value. Wish they would expand their bar/seating area a bit, they could easily compete with the simulator bars.
