I have been trying to contact them for a week via email, phone, their website and Distributor Central. No answer, no resolution. I guess we're stuck with the wrong product and will have to eat the cost to fix it for our customer ourselves. Will be finding a new supplier next time.

They actually have a fairly decent selection of fishing gear. There was no service or anyone who seemed available to help. This seems a common complaint Check out was slow. I find shopping at Dick's a bit depressing as there is a notable lack of knowledgeable service. There is plenty of parking however and the location is convenient.

My running shoes are worn by toe area and I like Ascics a lot. They don't carry Ascics. I tried on Brooks (uncomfortable) and these other Nike shoes. The white ones I found were most comfortable. I wore them walking when I got home and I had the wrong socks on. They were uncomfortable. Today I had my Feetures socks on and did the 5K and it was better. With 20% off and being marked down, they still were $95.00. Oh well, YOLO.

I remember asking someone and they said just under the canoe, and there were half a dozen hung up on the ceiling. lol. They have a great selection of winter clothes. The clothing errs on the boomer side of things, but the coats, ski/snowboard pants, gloves, hats, etc. are really well represented. The kids section was excellent. We had a variety of balaclavas to choose from. We got what we needed and we were on our way.

My son was finally able to ski yesterday with my husband after being medically sidelined for a couple weeks. Anyway, they were on the ski lift after their third run when my son/husband noticed my son's skis were chunking apart all along both skis. My son had not crashed. My son is an advanced but cautious skier and with my husband the entire time. They were at Wild Mountain doing first season runs. Nothing wild about it. Anyway, when they returned I took the skis in as clearly there was a product issue. I was greeted by John in the ski department. I was, undoubtably, frustrated as my son had ski plans for today and starts school ski club Friday. John made a rude comment about me being frustrated and how "kids banging their skis together cause that kind of damage" that immediately put me on defense. My husband and son arrived at 10:45am and I had received a text about the skis falling apart by noon. I again repeated that they had only completed three runs and asked how that was possible my son damaged the skis. John continued to blame my son for the damage. Now my husband is a life long skier, I took skiing up as an adult, and if anyone should have damage to skis it should be me. My husband was floored as to cause as he has never seen skis do this. The manager was brought in and agreed to take the skis back, replace them and bind them (thank you) but that is where the only positive customer service ended. John came back to have me sign a release for mounting and kept going on needing to talk to my son about knocking his skis together (because that is what happened in his opinion) and would not let it go, again and again, even after I again stated this was noted after three runs, first season runs, at Wild. I finally asked John if the entire interaction would have been the same had my husband been standing there instead of me. John continued on. The manager stepped in and told John to give it a rest and he still didn't want to stop. I appreciate the quick turn around help from the manager but the front facing customer service was horrific. I saw some cute Bondi 9's. I researched Hoka website and they are a neutral shoe, but will work for overpronation, which my friend says I have. They were comfortable walking in the shoe dept. I also needed a new cover for my thrift store Stanley. I did score 20% off. What bothers me is they say they have a military discount but supposedly this store doesn't do that. Scheels offers 5% off. I'm glad I had a 20% discount for these spendy $174 shoes. Hope they are comfortable for my new side fun job this summer. I will be walking a lot and enjoying concerts.

I am a planner. When I looked at the predicted cold snap for the Winter Classic, I knew that I…read moreneeded a stadium blanket to keep me warm outside for a few hours. I did a search and found a stadium blanket that was perfect for my needs. You can get it for curbside pickup. However, Dick's Sporting Goods online site only caters to folks with American credit cards with a US address. Instead, I looked at the in-store stock and found a bunch of blankets at this Dick's store in Burnsville. The following day, I decided to visit it. This store is a part of Burnsville Center, but you have access to this store without going into the mall. Perfect! I had no problem finding a parking spot. There were so many that I backed into one that was fairly close to the main entrance and walked in. Sure enough, I wasn't even into the store for half a minute and the blankets were staring at me by the checkout area. I wanted the green buffalo check blanket and got it. It came with a built-in handle, which I loved using while walking around. I was impressed with the Minnesota Wild apparel. It was nice to see other designs than those at the Hockey Lodge at Xcel Energy Center. The shoe section was impressive. There were plenty of running and walking shoes to choose from. It also had Doc Martens that weren't as heavy in weight as they used to be. I was ready to pay for my blanket and lined up. I got a nice young man, but he wasn't highly experienced. He couldn't find the barcode on my blanket. After a minute, he found the tag. Other than that detail, he was polite and friendly. I paid with a credit card, thanked him, and left with my blanket. I used it in frigid conditions (temperature was -23°C with a windchill of -32°C). I was bundled well. Having this wind-resistant blanket over me helped. I am still using it, but indoors. I like having it on me when I'm watching TV, so it serves more than one purpose. I love my purchase. (10)
