I did do some research and wanted to take down the P and G, but that was no longer on the menu. I pivoted and the super friendly girl behind the counter recommended the Tom's Brisket Stack. It was pretty darn tasty and had a decent amount of brisket, even for the half order. The only thing that didn't work for me was the name of the sauce on the sandwich (nitpicking). The girl asked if I wanted "moist" or something else sauce. Think they could come up with something better like "Defibs" sauce or "Take 5 Years Off Your Life" sauce. Just a thought. The hot lunch and comfort foods are all fresh, while the coffee is always hot and plentiful. The layout of the store however is better than I remember it. But during these COVID times, there isn't a logical flow. So it can be somewhat difficult for you to both stand in line, while also trying to maintaining a safe six feet of distance.

We'll get in the shortest line and stick with the etiquette of having two cars move up at a time. It doesn't matter which side the gas tanks are on, since the hose is long enough to reach the far side of your vehicle. They offer regular and premium gasoline, and there is an attendant available on weekdays from 6 AM to 10 PM, Saturdays from 6 AM to 8:30 PM, and Sundays from 6 AM to 7:30 PM. Simply honk for assistance. We have never needed help and have always found the process to be easy and the machines working. We also appreciate the discounted gas prices we get as Costco members.
