Then a week later they charged an additional $750. They said that was an error and was caused because they changed the carrier that was going to pick up the car. I was told the $750 was to be refunded. A month later and numerous calls to Olde Towne Logistics still no refund. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am still fighting this. Beware of the scam and the ripoff from Olde Towne Logistics. One more unethical business.

My car arrived in one piece without any damage and very quickly. They told me 7-10 business days and I think it got there in about 8 days ( really only 6 business days). So I was happy with the service. However, I noticed they charged my credit card the full amount of the service a few days before they picked up the car. I had already paid in full the month prior. I emailed Christian and he called me back saying they would fix it, but it would take 5-10 business days to process. No email receipt, nothing. In retrospect, they never even sent me an initial receipt or any official type of booking contract that stated we had a transaction in the first place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the 10th business day, and I emailed again asking where the refund was. I got a quick reply stating that he needed to talk to "them" about what happened and that it would quickly be resolved. The next day, I emailed again to ask for a follow up and he stated "they told me there is a form I need to fill out for the refund that I didn't know about. I will get that done as soon as possible, sorry about the delay." That was the last time I heard from him! It makes no sense, because if you said you had already processed the refund the first time I asked about it, I'm sure you would have already been aware there was paper work involved! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and change the card number. Luckily I was able to get my money back because I fought it with the credit card company. So, basically, user beware!!! Although the service was good, I would never use this service again for fear of being scammed because that's exactly what they made it look like!

I was totally amazed by the quote as it was very reasonable and any insurance certified shop would have charged more. They took care of the whole process from towing the car to informing when it was done. The work was professional and went through all the details what was involved and also pointed to me that there was small tear in car seat and would have been more costly to fix it then just leave it since it was at not so visible and unused part of the seat. They followed up with me after a week to find out if I found anything wrong with the car. I would definitely recommend it and is worth every penny.

BUT less than 2 weeks later, our brakes were metal-on-metal. Completely shot and very unsafe to drive. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at Overland even though it was during he work day. I called multiple times and got no answer. Got there as soon as I could after work and they were closed! It wasn't even 6:00 yet! I had to go to a different auto shop nearby and found out that Overland had left air in the brake hose when flushing the system and that caused the brakes to go out super fast! Unbelievable!
