This has been our home church from the very beginning. We love how Pastor Tim goes verse-by-verse from the Bible and how he teaches applicable take aways we can use in our daily lives. The teachings are current with a Bible-based approach and references. We love the kids Sunday school and Youth Church. We are able to focus on the sermon knowing our children are also being fed God's Word. The atmosphere is very welcoming here and everyone feels like family. There were many good things about this church: kids church was awesome. Loved what I saw and how they handled the kids. Clean, many greetings from regulars. But... Pastor Tim spoke more of a Senator wanting to pass a bill that allows kids to be aborted 28 days after birth. I found the article he was referring to and it was a long stretch from what the article said. But he sold it to the crowd as fact. He made more political statements than he did talk about the Blood of Christ. What does Paul say? 'But I preach Christ crucified'. And that wasn't the vibe at all. If you like talking about good Republicans and bad Democrats maybe this is your place but going to church for 1.5 hours a week how is there a second of time for politics other than praying for our leaders? He fired up the crowd over the abortion comments but was virtually down hill from there. Maybe some would see it as uphill I guess. I've been going to 412 church for about a year and a half now, and it is one of the best churches I've gone to in my entire life of 54 years. This group of men and women are of the highest caliber of Christ believing, Christ following, and Christ behaving that I have seen. The men's Bible study group, for example, are men who know they are flawed, need Christ for salvation, and are always striving to be better men. Pastor Tim teaches straight from the Bible and believes, as he states in every sermon, that the Bible is the infallible, inherent word of God. He has my respect, not because he speaks with confidence and boldness, but because he does so defending God's word and His people in a time where most buckle under the pressure of a depraved society. My family and I started attending on Pentecost Sunday 2020 because we heard that the church was open and not forsaking the in person gathering as the Bible calls us to worship in person. I have found a home. I got married and moved to Murrieta. It was difficult leaving my church of 17 years. I am happy to say I have found my new home at 412 Church. I learn so much and I love that the Church is not stagnant. You will grow closer to Christ in leaps and bounds here. The fellowship is amazing. So many fantastic people. There are many things to say about 412..... I see the evidence of The Goodness of God within this community of Christ minded people. When the world offers nothing but darkness and despair they come with Hope and Light from The word of God. They have so much grace and kindness, to be embraced and not pushed away is almost foreign in todays culture. The people here are real and honest. We all have flaws but we are lifted up, held accountable and given strength amidst our weakness. The biblical principles in which this church is founded upon exceed expectations. The sermons are real life applicable, understandable, and convicting as it should be. We strive to be Christ like and not of the world. When my world came crashing down and what remains of my life as shattered glass it was this community of people that came to help pick up the pieces, they still do that to this day. If it were not for this church body of beautiful souls I do not know if I would be here writing this today. They are more than attendees, more than friends, they are Family. For we were made from one blood and by one blood we are cleansed of our inequities. I am excited to see what God does with this church for He is moving, a revival is stirring, hearts are being mended and this community will respond in the way Jesus did many years ago as He walked this earth. I've been in this valley for the past 30+ years and have attended three different churches during that time but this past year we have been blessed to have found 412 Murrieta! It is a blessing to have such an amazing pastor as we do in Pastor Tim. He is a Christian patriot who delivers his message with a Bible in his hand and refers to it constantly. No fancy light show or theatrics on stage, just the word of God being spoken not just to us but the youth ministry is simply amazing! We cannot get our teenage daughter to leave! If it wasn't for the many people that worked there standing in the crowded and narrow isles and not directing new people where to go or greeting people (just talking amongst themselves) ...If it wasn't for the childcare people seeming to have no patience or love for the kiddos...If it wasn't for these two things they might be getting the new people to stay!
