Top: fake PUR pods they sold me and wouldnt exchange Bottom: real PURpods that I bought at the same time

I used to LOVE this place. I went in today to buy some PUR juul compatible pods. When I opened the grape pod pack WHILE still in the store I noticed it looked nothing like the other pack of PUR pods I bought today. So I opened it to see it completely and when it was out it was leaking all over and was COMPLETELY different AND packaging wasn't sealed shut like the other boxes in the batch. So I went up to the guy and showed him. He agreed that it was different and STILL told me there wasnt shit they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner and said I would wait for them to come in if need be cause I literally just bought a FAKE juul pod pack right in front of them and they wouldn't do anything for me. SO DISAPPOINTED. Please work on your return policy. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT GRAPE POD PACK CAUSE THEY CONFIRMED THE ONE I GOT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST OF THEM . THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT

I collect pop vinyl figures and I heard that they had a good selection here and decided to stop by since I was in the area. So, I've never been inside a store that sold bongs and pipes and what not, and it was a definitely an experience. But they did have. Variety of pop toys that I was interested in and bought a few. They had a whole wall dedicated to them. They also sold vapes and juices, paint and art supplies, snacks and insence. But they sold a majorit of various sizes of glass pipes and bongs. I don't smoke, but I found them pretty interesting. The staff were super friendly and helpful, other people shopping there seemed nice to. I'll definitely stop by again to if I'm in the area.

Very knowledgable staff... Well depends on what your going in here for ;-) Joint smoke shop hobby supply---Very hippie-chic kinda place. The ceiling tiles have been painted by graffiti art. Not at all intimidating just read the signs and be aware of your LINGO during conversation. I shop here for art supplies... Acrylic Paint supplies mostly... They tend to have really good sales on different size canvases... right now 3/10/14 some are 50% off. I noticed the "smell good" or incense area was pretty large as well as many different fresh hookah blends, glass, electronic cigarette stuff, and what's a head shop without snacks?!?:-)

My go to head shop. Vibes are off the chart. Welcoming and friendly staff. Check out the transformers collection while you're here.

While on a road trip from Los Angeles to Berkeley, I detoured a bit to visit some quilt/fabric…read morestores and The Wild Hare Haberdashery was one of those stops! I actually found out about this place in the most random, roundabout way... A friend sent me a package and accidentally left the order confirmation from her Wild Hare purchase inside. Naturally, I did what any curious quilter would do... Looked it up, loved their online vibe, and decided I had to see it in person. Parking was easy in a nearby lot and the store itself is charming with a variety of craft supplies including quilting fabric, needlepoint, watercolor kits, washi tape, and even finished handmade goods available for sale. When I walked in, initially I did not see anyone at the register/desk, so I browsed up front. Eventually, I spotted an employee at the register but they didn't greet me or acknowledge me which was definitely off-putting. Customer service is everything. The fabric selection was nice though I found the online selection more enticing. Everything was of very high quality. I ended up leaving with just a roll of washi tape. Overall, cute store and worth checking out for the variety, but I wish the welcome had matched the charm of the space.

Plenty of cute designs on display, including bunnies of course. There was only one person managing the store, and she kind of just allows customers to explore, not offering assistance, which I'm fine with as I actually prefer to take my time looking around without being bothered. I found some stickers and ribbon in unique patterns and prints for a creative project I'm working on. Service was friendly as she cut the ribbon for me and rang me up. The purchase process was simple and straightforward. Also, street parking was free and easy less than a block away on a Saturday.

They have a great variety of pens, notebooks, stickers, and thoughtful little gifts, and I was especially excited to see that they even carry Hobonichi. Whether you're into journaling, planning, or just want a unique gift, Maido is definitely worth stopping into. There was not much stafff around helping, I think only two people and they were both at the cash register, they weren't too talkative and didnt ask if we needed help, but im sure they would have if we asked, we just werent approached. Maybe they were short staffed that day.

Perfect for solo crafting or a fun DIY project. Each scene is so detailed and intricate. And there are so many different ones to pick from. It was mesmerizing. If there is anything that makes retail shops look attractive, it's how tidy and organized the…read moredepartments are - a slight adjacency to customer service . Michaels in Cupertino is organized and so far - has commendable customer service (as long as they're smiling when they interact, I'm sold). The staff at the register and on the floor are helpful even during the holidays. Every shelf has a variety of great selection (even new to the arts and crafts items are here!). I've been coming to this store for years, but not often, and there are the occasional customers with their unruly kids knocking over merchandise or just running around the store like a playground - I know this is something the staff cannot control but this creates an inconvenience to other customers as these little people have no clue about good behavior. One time I had to give my "I'll eat you alive" look to a little girl who pushed against my cart while she was running. I think that kid will never leave home after that. I digress. The framing department seems to be the busiest area in the store. Each time I had to go use their bathroom (clean), there were always customers waiting to be helped. I take that as a good sign? There are always great sales going on with their yarn and beading supplies. I'm happy. Their clearance items are of great value and if you get in during the right time, you'll even get to purchase $10 wholesale boxes from previous seasons. I shop here, usually at random...not a great idea. Parking is easy and the strip is a one-stop-shop with the Safeway and Ulta next door. Even a RDFL (Ross Dress For Less). It's time to conclude this thesis. It's an easy 5 stars.

I've been in this specific store many times with my dog and he has been loved on and has had wonderful interactions, all while barking, never aggressively. I guess this one specific worker hates dogs. Sad!
