I went to every smoke shop in San Jose, Milpitas and Campbell for a particular cigar that everyone seems not to stock. I usually come to this location to get kratom but thought to ask if they could put in an order for a box of cigars. I asked one of the employees summer, She immediately got on the phone with her boss and was given approval. surprisingly it only took a day for the cigars to come in. I'm super happy and appreciate the friendly customer service and for summer and this shop to go above and beyond in helping find these cigars. This shop is relatively new to the area. Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. There is a wide variety of products available and store is clean, neat, and organized. Parking is easy in front or behind store. Prices are competitive and less expensive in some cases. Store hours from 9am-10pm is awesome. read more

Overall this is a great location they have everything you would think of, and more. Prices seem fair, most of the staff members are extremely friendly (minus one). The only thing negative I'd have to say is there is one employee there (some middle aged bearded guy). Who works Friday evenings, and weekends, he seems to have a personal issue with me. I'm not quite sure why, especially since I'm a regular customer. I have given this place a shout out on my Insta account that has over 50 thousand followers, and anytime I've ever needed to exchange my Vape due to a manufacturer issue I've always shown proof, and taken videos of the Vape hitting by itself after I hit it. 90% of the time everyone is very understanding, and will exchange the product with no issue, however this one particular employee seems to have a personal grudge against me. Every time I come in and he's working I know it's gonna be a difficult experience. He does not allow me time to pick the flavor, nor the product I am looking for. He literally will awkwardly stare into my soul as I am purchasing the item (every time) and one example of it being a difficult experience with this guy, is a few nights ago I bought Vape and it worked fine for the first few minutes, and after it started hitting by itself and lost its flavor. I have brought this up to him today, after I gladly bought one vape, and he took the liberty of hitting my Vape without my permission just to prove a point that he believes it's perfectly fine even though it doesn't give the flavor, and self hits. I never have the intention to free load off anybody, especially since I have to drive 30 minutes each way to exchange the product that doesn't work. However when I make a purchase if the product does not work I follow the rules. I have 24 hours to exchange the product if it's not working, especially given that I provide proof that the product does not work. Everything else including the staff (minus him) are great, like I said the only problem is that one gentleman who has a personal grudge against me. read more
