I purchased a truck from this dealer, and due to several mechanical issues it took a month and a half before I had a fully functional vehicle. It then took and additional three weeks before he could provide the title--only after I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Lucky for him, he managed to send it just in time to avoid further consequences. In total, it took 14 weeks to finally get the truck registered in my home state. Even at the end, I had to keep chasing him for required tax documents. Throughout the past three and a half months, he has regularly ignored my messages for days, and when he did respond, he'd say he'd take care of it but often didn't follow through. I had to push every step of the way just to get the basic paperwork needed to complete the legal purchase. If you value your time and your money--go elsewhere. You shouldn't have to work this hard just to finish buying a vehicle.

I was told it could do the 100 mes a day I needed for work easily. My clue should've been the heater didn't work on the test drive. But they fixed it. The check tire light was on. I was told it was because it was cold. Well, the guy outright lied. I needed to change all 4 tire sensors. That is why the light was on. All the speakers were blown. Two weeks after buying it I had it in a garage. A spark plug was so loose the mechanic removed it by hand. It burns oil like crazy. Right now after 9 months it goes threw 4 qts in one freaking week. The computer blows false codes. It shows a code for the evap system and yet nobody finds an actual problem. So I have a truck that I was told was high miles but perfect and capable of 100 miles a day easily and in reality is a pos that had problems monthly since about 2 weeks after I bought it. 44 should be ashamed. I bust my butt to take care of people going though crap and get ripped off because I bought a truck in full that's 4wd so I can get the people and take care of them during the winter. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. Having set up an appointment, Steve had it detailed beforehand for us. Low and behold, an hour later, we drove off the lot in a "NEW TO YOU," handsome Titan. Thanks 44 Auto Mart, you took care of us! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more I brought my 2018 Hyundai Elantra in for repairs and was given a quote of $1,394, which I approved. When I picked up the vehicle, my total came to $1,806.92 -- about $500 more than the original quote. I was never contacted to approve any additional repairs or charges. After reviewing the invoice, I noticed I was charged for a part that was never installed. It took five days of contacting the owner to get $135 refunded for that item. I also noticed I was billed $300 for a part that costs around $145 at Advance Auto Parts. When I asked for clarification about the additional $500 beyond the original quote, I was told to speak with the shop manager. The manager is the one who authorized the charges in question, and I never received a clear explanation. The repair involved a timing chain and camshaft gear -- a common issue on this vehicle. While the car is now running properly, the lack of communication, additional unapproved charges, and billing for a part that wasn't installed made this a frustrating experience. I don't mind paying for quality work. I do mind being charged more than agreed without authorization and having to chase down a refund for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place.

This was a few days from thanksgiving, and first couple places I called wasn't able to squeeze us in. This place was! Khalid saw the van, found the problem, and his brother Muhammad confirmed it and showed me the replacement part. The oil filter housing is made of plastic so over time it will crack and leak. Seems to be a common problem for this engine that fortunately they had the part on hand. Ram dealership also confirmed it's a common issue. Anyways, it was a big job, so wasn't cheap, but they were able to give it replaced with an aluminum part which is recommended so this won't happen again, and best of all, that day. We're completely grateful we were able to make to home in time for thanksgiving. Lastly, big thanks to Muhammad for loaning us a car. When he saw that we weren't local and were traveling with dogs, he lent us a car, no charge, so we can get to a motel. And one more thing, I had the van inspected at the Ram dealership, and there said no leaks or any issues for the oil filter housing, so the install was done well!

This is going to be kind of a long post about Quick Care Oil Lube Express Off of Bloomfield road…read moreand their "work". I have picture proof below of everything. Let me preface by saying this first. The work they did was done the last week of January this year. Ever since then i have had issues with my car. I understand it is now the end of june but i have not had the money to take my car to a shop to get looked at as we moved across the country to colorado in february. The car was towed on a dolly during our move, so it was not driven across the country. Thankfully with some assistance from my amazing mother i was able to buy a car shortly after moving here and my beetle (the car they worked on) has mostly been sitting since we moved. After getting my REAR brakes worked on in january i left the shop the first time and i couldn't stop my car without pressing the brake petal all the way to the floor (almost as if the brakes were not bled). I brought the car back immediately and after they looked at it again and was told i needed to take it to a VW dealership because they couldnt fix the issue. They bled the brakes and the issue was slightly better but not much better at all. I still had to push the brake petal down a significant amount. I then took a short trip to etown and then my FRONT tire almost fell completely off. Every single lug nut was not properly tightened down and due to this THREE of them fell off while i was driving. Thankfully it happened when i got into etown and not while going down boston road, as the road is curvy and lined with trees on both sides. Then not even a month after this work was done, the car began to make a horrible grinding sound on the left rear side (the side on which the brakes where worked on). By this time i had already moved to colorado so taking the car back to them was not an option. And i had just gotten my new (used) car at this point so like i stated earlier thats why the car has sat until now. Fast forward to now... I now finally have enough money to get the car taken to get looked at. Well here are the findings of what was done by them. The left rear caliper bolt is missing, this is causing metal on metal grinding. I will now need new brake pads, calipers and rotors. This is going to cost me $1,300. This is all due to the half ass work done by quick care. I am extremely upset as i do not have the money to even come close to fixing this issue and will end up having to sell the car due to this. This was the first car i ever purchased by myself so i am extremely upset that i will now have to sell it. I am extremely disappointed in quick care as i have had a few oil changes done by them and had an excellent experience every time, well until now. So... if you want good work done, steer clear of quick care.
