I purchased a truck from this dealer, and due to several mechanical issues it took a month and a half before I had a fully functional vehicle. It then took and additional three weeks before he could provide the title--only after I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. Lucky for him, he managed to send it just in time to avoid further consequences. In total, it took 14 weeks to finally get the truck registered in my home state. Even at the end, I had to keep chasing him for required tax documents. Throughout the past three and a half months, he has regularly ignored my messages for days, and when he did respond, he'd say he'd take care of it but often didn't follow through. I had to push every step of the way just to get the basic paperwork needed to complete the legal purchase. If you value your time and your money--go elsewhere. You shouldn't have to work this hard just to finish buying a vehicle.

They turned what started out to be an absolute disaster into a positive experience. My husband and I broke down on 65south while pulling a 30' travel trailer. The temp was in the 90's and we had no air conditioning. We stopped on an off ramp- as far over as I could go but there was nowhere to get out safely or get the dog out. We were there for 3 hours. I started calling auto repair shops in ETown and Radcliffe. Not one person showed any empathy for our situation-that is until I got Daphne from Good Ole Boys on the phone. It was obvious from the start she was going to do what she could. They cleared a spot for our camper and arranged for Nancy to take me to get gas for our generator.
