My experience here at Pro Auto was by far the best. They were extremely welcoming and friendly which made me feel at ease. I explained to person in charge, his name was Jason I think, my problem, which was every time I pressed the brakes there were screeching sounds. He immediately inspected the vehicle and told me that the brakes and rotors needed to be changed. He told me how much it would cost for labor and parts. It literally took about 1 hour total from the time I walked in to the time i left for the brakes and rotors to be changed. All in all I'm happy and will be back if I have any other problems.
