I was so happy I reserved it because when I looked around the store they only had ONE UPF zip up in the color I wanted and it was an XS, so if I hadn't reserved the one that I did online then there would have been no guarantee of me getting it. I reserved a couple days ago and remembered today and made the drive to Dedham and to my pleasant surprise it was still there reserved for me. Highly recommend checking this location out. Employees are way friendlier and this location had way more stock and different items I did not see in Natick.

I've been coming here since I was a child to get sports equipment, they've got just about every, and anything. For clothes, they offer big brands such as Nike, Adidas, North Face, Patagonia, FP Movement, Calia, UA, & more. Here, they also have hockey equipment, lacrosse, basketball, fishing rods, athletic shoes, water bottles (YETI, Stanley, Owala), etc. Great selection offered here. Highly recommend! ;)

I almost never have given a business establishment a 1-star rating, but there's always time for a first. You know how almost every reputable place trains their sales associates to greet customers who enter the store? I walked by several employees and not a single one even asked me if they could help me. What also was upsetting was that I was obviously getting dismissive looks from some of the sales associates. What they didn't know was that I was there to meet a female friend (I'm male), and she was in the store when all this was happening. Now granted, as a husky male (230+) not wearing any fashionable clothing like Lululemon or Nike, I guess I didn't look like I fit the profile of someone who is going to drop $98 for a pair of Salutation Stash Pocket II tights. But you'd think that even one of the several sales associates milling around would have wondered if I had a girlfriend who might like something from Athleta. And the reality is that their clothes are very attractive, so I understand why so many women wear them in yoga class. Another bizarre thing is that there is no place to sit in the entire store except at the entrance of the dressing room area. Since I've been dealing with some lower back problems, I opted to sit in one of the only two chairs in the entire place while waiting for my female friend to select and try things. There are two stacks of sales circulars: one for Athleta and the other for a clothing line called Hill City. I thought that this was bizarre because I didn't see anything from that Hill City catalogue displayed in the store. When I left the store, my female friend was really upset because she overheard people in the store making snide remarks about me. Since I went in the morning, there weren't a lot of people so it was pretty easy for her to hear what people were saying in the store. She also said that the negative looks some of the sales associates were giving really upset her. I actually have grown up used to people saying all sorts of seriously negative things about me (usually outright racist), so I've learned to just ignore it. I didn't get a racist vibe from the people at Athleta. It was more a bunch of disapproving looks like I didn't belong in the store. And to be honest, maybe there's some truth to it because I'm obviously not buying anything in the store for myself because all of the clothes there are for females. But it's kind of funny that several male friends and I were talking recently about how we feel odd doing things with our girlfriends or female friends, such as accompanying them when they shop for lingerie, and then this happens. But my experience at places like Victoria's Secret have been okay, so this experience was unexpected. I would never suggest any guy (i.e. male) go into this store. It could be that Athleta wants to create a space that only females feel comfortable. So be it. But as a guy who has purchased plenty of Lululemon gear for females, I guess I'll just keep on going that route.

My first '47 brand purchase was over 6 years ago at the ballpark in San Diego. I still have that Padres hat, the hat that made me fall in love with this Brand. I only order hats from '47 they just fit. they dont have those weird points that stick out at the temples, they just fit. Ive ordered from them at least 10 times since and have never had a problem. All my hats are '47 and god willing in the future it will continue in the same manner. I hate shopping for clothes, this is the one place ill drop $200 in a sitting on a large amount of hats without a worry because the quality is there and the hats are a good value. read more

I have two shirts unwearable and one starting the delamination of the label. Unfortunately there is no way for me to attach the pictures of the issue here but they were sent with my e-mail. I felt they should have been more accommodating due to them being defective, but no. So for me...I'm no longer a customer.

But Bodega refused to do that since they told me that it was a final-sale product. They told me there is a warning on the sale page: https://bdgastore.com/collections/sale, it's true, but I don't think it's enough to let the customer know well about our rights and help us to make the decision. If I knew the jacket could not be returned I might not buy it since it's a Japanese brand and the sizing usually is weird. I tried to sort it out by emailing them, but the result is not what I expect. Also, you can see from the emails attached, the online customer support manager is extremely rude and proud which makes me feel uncomfortable as a customer. An online support manager supports me nothing. -- To Billy B. below, claimed owner, No Offense, but are you serious? The manager, Nick, was being very rude and savage to me. I used to work as a PR manager for an international fashion brand, I know how it works to please the customers and provide the best service. I also shop from almost all the hype websites including HBX, END, Supreme, DSM, ssense, ALD, NOAH NY, Mr. Porter, matches, LN-CC, farfetch, etc. It's truly my first time being treated this way. Firstly of all, It's obvious that your website and system are not clear enough for the customers to know about the all the on-sale pieces are the final-sale pieces which is very uncommon from other shipping retailers. The same situation happens all the time according to yelp comments and you have known about it but you do nothing. Your staff should have to apologize to the customers for all the inconvenience first because of your difficult policy. Always comfort the customer, then find the best solution. And then, go to improve your website and system. But now I only see that they use "the independent company" as an excuse to get rid of my reasonable request. By the way, most of the websites I mentioned above do mark the final-sale pieces very obviously for their customers. For sure that it's very easy for your IT guys to insert a final-sale sign on every on-sale page. Secondly, if the order confirmation is a commitment between us as you said to make me obey that I can't return the products, how you could be free to just cancel 4 items of the order without my permission? It's exactly to break our commitment and agreement, isn't it? So, you can see what you did is totally unfair to the customers. As I said to your staff, I know how hard to run an independent hype retailer, and I want to support the business. I did shop with your website multiple times. But the customer service you provide is humiliating the people who pay money to support your business. If you, as a business owner, still feel it's nothing wrong with your service and staff, that could be a disaster.
