The staff are friendly and welcoming. The receptionist took all the needed information on the phone so she could check on my insurance coverage ahead of time. There is ample parking and the clinic is easy to find. Dr. Erickson's assistant is professional and put me right at ease (she had a sense of humor, too). Dr. Erickson was compassionate and thorough. He walked me through what he planned to do, his assessment and additional options and the possible out-of-pocket cost to me. He was upfront and honest that the work I needed to get done what not his area of expertise, but he could do it. However, he provided me with options to see an oral surgeon if I felt more comfortable doing that. I appreciated that. I highly recommend Dr. Erickson and his team.

Everyone dealt with in this office was top notch. The receptionist was very personable and had incredible positive energy at 8am. I felt welcome right away. I met with Dr Tarletons assistant and was led to a very clean room for the procedure. The Doctor and his assistant were very efficient AND proficient. As sucky as getting your mouth carved up is, these people made me feel like they genuinely cared about me and were doing their very best to make my procedure comfortable. I'm 40 years old and have been to many many many dental offices. This was the best one.

Looking for a more than qualified oral surgeon led me to Dr. Marxen. I met with his staff, went over the procedure, and also voiced my concerns about too much anesthesia, and made my sensitivity to it very clear. The day of my procedure was easy. I was in and out in two hours as I followed their instructions. Post recovery I was not overly woozy and had no ill effects from the drugs. While I had post opp pain from impacted teeth removal, within two days I was back to a normal routine. And all I had to take was Tylenol and ibuprofen! The only painful thing really was listening to the nursing staff talk about lunch before my procedure (as I couldn't eat and was really hungry). If you want someone who's not going to have you living a nightmare for a month after removing teeth, I highly recommend this group.
